很多球友问评级，或者用NTRP guide line自评的时候，实际上就是文中所说的USTA以
前使用的rating system, 是Skill based.
当你参加USTA联赛之后，你拥有的评级，就是目前使用的performance based system。
我们经常把skill 和 performance混淆。

flex league也在tennislink上，但是是独立遇usta之外的吧 |

It can drill down to all players rating of a Distrct. E.g you can pull all
the 2010 4.0 men league players' rating. Then using excel you can find out
who got bumped up to 4.5. However, it isn't easy to get the bumped down #
since some players play up and still stay at that level. In this case, you
need query each lower level players' rating one by one to find out. |

playing real matches in a real tournament. You can chat with players'
parents about clubs and coaches in your area. Most of the Southern Cal
junior players will be in this tournament. It's not necessary to start with
a 牛教练 at the beginner level. The most important thing is to hire somebody
who teaches strokes instead of a "ball-feeder".

个队都很头大。人家战绩也的确好。
之前我痛定思痛，改头换面，准备重新做人，网前开始试图变得积极，并在练习赛里表
现不错，网前poach了好多球，这是背景。
到了比赛那天，我球友发挥非常好，跑动积极，击球精确，网前poach无数
我开始发挥也正常，很快就4：1了，很开心，觉得，终于要击败这个让人心烦的老印板
球队了。。。。
杯具接着就来了。显然老印开始找到感觉了。从这个game开始，老印又恢复了神勇的网
前。
尼玛咋都过不去，自以为神勇的穿越球被拍死，想lob只要不够高就被拍死。
队友依然神勇，我显然被拍傻了。一直到敌人追到4：5我们还有set point，依然没抓住
被敌人7：5搞死
第二个set 我们继续溃败到0：5
我终于感觉自己收住了，开始猛追，追到4：5. 无奈接下来老印有一个一发不稳定男一
发那局特稳定，连续发球得分赢了。
我球友这次算是完全被我拉了后腿了。仔细研究老印的战术，貌似我必须有很强的lob
才能搞定。他们都是尼玛肚皮都在网上的打法。但是cover面积超级大。不管多块的球
