空虾, 压缩饼干. 集体活动靠每个人的灵感和贡献. 期待未来BP精彩的活动. |

学们的COST. 我知道最便宜的BP TENT(2人)才$25, 比相象中的>$200要好地多, 有了包
(几十块钱), TENT, 被子(几十块钱), 不就可以参加活动了吗?
BACKPACKING野外生存离我们不遥远, 并不属于探险家的专利, 从漂流的成功给我们一
个启示(征服漂流就几乎能征服其他户外, 只是时间的问题): 户外要靠智慧和经验, 体
力胆量不是那么关键, 我前年还不觉得我没能力玩BP, 现在看没那么传说中的难, 还可
以带着朋友玩(比漂流安全多了), 户外最重要是热情... |

peninsula, 但叶子都是绿色的，感觉不过瘾。今年打算10月份的第一个礼拜开车再去
北密，以及加拿大那边转转。计划在up camping for 2 nights. 我现在准备带
1.camping tent
2.air mattress
3.bug/bear spray
4.deer alert/whistle
5.hammer(for getting the screws of the tent into the ground)
我现在想知道还需要带个high beam flashlight吗？我之前晚上camping, 用车灯照亮
就可以了。如果需要的话，买哪种比较好？also, 有必要再弄个outdoor gps吗？因为
这次我想去那边玩的时候顺便再拍拍照片，所以应该就我一个人去了，不找人。如果一
个人单独去的话，还有什么需要注意的吗？知道那边鹿多，而且很有可能为了拍照会起
早贪黑，所以我已经买了2个防鹿的了, 呵呵

周五去的taum sauktaum sauk park，呆了一晚上。由于这个公园不出名，加上不在任
何traffic的经由途中，camping sites只有12个，仅有水和简易厕所，自助付费，但空
间非常大，隐私很好，绝佳的地方扎营！

我跟inspection 公司联系了。他说他建议的“heat treatment"不算“local",比tent
更好。我说人家tent有整屋warranty, 他说他对自己的技术很有信心，也可以给我三年
整屋的warranty.
水管要怎么检查啊？对了，我做的inspection 不包括roof. 你们都做roof inspection

觉得没有strong termites damage evidence 卖主会化钱去tent? 去问问住９２１２Ｘ
认识的， 有多少比例的是住进去前要tent的？
termites喜欢潮湿，所以一般来说在三叠国靠水近的termites的问题多一点。其次就是
water damage. 所以留心下drywall， ceiling有没有patch的痕迹。墙根是不是湿气
重。自己没把握的话， 找termite inspector是少不了的。 |

那个房子不过是房东赚钱的工具，但是却是房客的家。家里出了漏雨的事情，不
会是小事，leasing office说不substantially没用的。
去交涉的时候多讲几个法律术语，表示你查过，然后直接威胁不满足你的要求就
法庭见。最后告诉他你的要求已经很低了，否则要求tenting他们的费用会更高，
按照tenting的要求，因为你被迫离开你心爱的厨房，没法给家人做饭，所以这段
时间你们在饭店吃饭的钱房东也是需要支付的。你还可以claim其他的费用。。。 |

地点好意味着很多不能改变的东西一定要好，例如安静/安全/学校 等等。
其它东西，有用但不是核心价值，例如
1） 朝向
只对condo TH比较重要。买SFH的都是四面开窗，朝向不是大问题。如果是房间内阳光
不好，开个天顶光就行，甚至可以盖sun room
2）窗户，天花板，popcon，屋顶
不重要，自己可以remodel。尤其是窗户和屋顶，虽然贵，但不需要搬出去就可以做。
不像地板那么麻烦
3） 游泳池
这个有什么问题？ 对于豪宅来说must to have；对比较不错的SFH来说nice to have，
如果喜欢游泳的话。游泳池维护很easy，也便宜，唯一需要注意的是不要买周围有很多
树的泳池。
4）地基裂缝
横向和纵向裂缝的严重程度不一样。多数地基裂缝一万美元修好。超过一万的不要
5）漏水
50年旧的房子真没完全漏过水的其实不多。白蚁问题主要看home inspection，一般加
tent都能解决。加tent也解决不了的pass |

哥们在来纽约当我同事之前一直生活在加州，参加过Sonoma的Half Ironman。在他热情

答：枪。HIKING时放包里，不张扬，没人会找麻烦。就是为了以防万一，因为出事的时
候只能靠自己。CAMPING时留在TENT里，TENT算是PRIVATE PROPERTY，更是一点事都没
有。
问：平时带刀吗，放车里还是随身带？
答：随身一把折刀。
