也是突然特别不好，拳打脚踢的，大哭，哄也不好。开始以为是nightmare，可是把她
喊醒了也不好。后来实在没办法，翻了书，才发现原来还有night terror一说（中文翻
译“夜惊”？）两者区别就是：
night terror多发生在前半夜，刚睡着1小时到4小时之间，而恶梦则发生在后半夜。
前者发生在深层睡眠，后者是浅层的，所以前者不容易醒，后者很快就醒了。
前者发生过后小孩能继续睡，后者则会醒了才能睡。
前者通常有拳打脚踢之类的暴力行为，而且拒绝大人哄（我可是被我们小家伙踹的
遍体鳞伤啊），后者相对温和一点，而且大人哄哄会好。
发生night terror的时候，不能把小孩喊醒！而是任其哭个十分钟到半小时，通常
小孩自己又会继续睡着；nightmare的话则一定要喊醒，并且给予足够的安慰和安全感。
前者发生的原因通常是睡眠不足，白天尤其是临睡前太兴奋！多发于2岁左右到6岁
的宝宝，早的6个月也有；因此给予充分的睡眠并且不让过于兴奋是非常有效的。（我 |

得说：“妈妈在，妈妈陪着xx呢，妈妈爱你。”通常来说，只要几秒到十几秒钟，孩子
就会恢复平静。然后你就可以不用管她了。整个过程中，你不要叫醒她。
每次在噩梦时受到妈妈安慰，尽快结束噩梦。一段时间之后，噩梦就少了，而且terror
程度也会减少很多。那时候就不必陪睡了。
年纪更大的孩子也会有night terror, 因为他们读的书和看的电影多了，里面各种
monster,吸血鬼，会在梦境中有表现。懂事以后的孩子，比如七八岁，你可以经常告诉
她， 夜里nightmare看到怪物的时候，就大声喊妈妈，妈妈就会出来把怪物打跑了。这
招对不少孩子是灵验的。他们的主观意识，已经可以往梦里加人物了。
