而起，目的是为了澄清国人对美国言论自由的误解。
凤姐这条微博于8月份发表于国内新浪微博，转发者甚多。但直到11月份才惹出麻烦。
一位叫做莫润的网友似乎懂得，针对美国联邦官员（包括总统与普通工作人员）和具体
工作场所的威胁并不受言论自由的保护，于是声称凤姐如不删除这条微博，他将向美国

写这篇短文，是由于中国网络名人凤姐在微博上放言要“我要一把火烧了美国移民局”
而起，目的是为了澄清国人对美国言论自由的误解。
凤姐这条微博于8月份发表于国内新浪微博，转发者甚多。但直到11月份才惹出麻烦。
一位叫做莫润的网友似乎懂得，针对美国联邦官员（包括总统与普通工作人员）和具体
工作场所的威胁并不受言论自由的保护，于是声称凤姐如不删除这条微博，他将向美国
国土安全局报案。结果是凤姐不予理会，莫润声称报了案，凤姐将被遣返。
我要讨论的不是凤姐这个案例，我更感兴趣的是此事引发了中国人对美国言论自由的讨
