night terror的症状就是孩子甭管是不是眼睛睁着，都是有点属于梦游状态的
一般在睡着2-3小时的时候发作，而且通常无法安抚
哭完闹完又接着睡，第二天醒了一般也不会记得
对比做噩梦第二天有些是会记得的
原因不详，可以避免的方法有这么几种可以参考
睡前不要让孩子从事比较兴奋的活动，尽量情绪比较平静地入睡
不要过度疲劳，孩子刚上daycare，新的环境会让孩子的感受饱和，很容易疲劳
晚上试试比平时早点送上床
这些方法如果都试过了，没用的话
最好联系一下儿医
我的女儿也有过这么一段时间，后来发现早点睡觉就有用
频率太高的night terror一般建议是要联系儿医的，他们会有更多地建议 |

多不到3岁。晚上哭的情况有两种，一种是上半夜，哭的时候并没有真正的醒来，两腿
乱蹬，尖叫不止。另一种是下半夜，哭的时候醒了，就是要抱。
第一种很难哄，基本我们没有办法安抚，只能等他自己安静下来才能睡回去。第二种很
容易，抱一下，拍拍就好了。我们查了一下，第一种很象night terror，也说没有办法
，只能自己grow out。
后来我们找到网上一个偏方，推荐一种音乐叫water music，amazon上有卖，你可以
google night terror + water music，据说有奇效。这个音乐其实听起来一点儿也不
安详，相反比较激烈，是类古典音乐。不知道是音乐的效果还是时间长了，我儿子的
night terror的确好了很多。
另外白天太累其实不利于睡眠，大脑太兴奋。而且睡前太兴奋的话，尤其晚上会哭的厉
害。我们一直跟儿子讲道理，加上利诱，他现在知道晚上哭妈妈不会去抱了，不哭就可
以玩。所以最近好了很多。我还买了一个他喜欢的夜灯给他放着。他的确晚上醒来会害

incorporate many different ideas. It's very easy for people to take a stand
on terrorism as long as they are against killing innocent people. But it
is far more complex for people to take a stand on a political party. Even

1． Obama的演讲水平不错，会扇情。
但是，演讲没有任何实际内容，全是空话，废话。
2． Tucson悲剧的根源在于Obama的医疗改革方案。
美国医疗体系的根本问题在于美国的医疗体制
垄断导致美国医生的远高于任何国家的超高收入。
要根治美国医疗体系的问题，就必须打破美国医生
的医疗垄断。Obama不仅没有解决这个问题。相反，
Obama屈服于医疗体系的利益集团，强迫每一个普
通美国人购买医疗保险，使每一个普通美国人成为
美国垄断医疗体系和保险公司的肥羊。
