的一个国人（非常感谢这位老兄），要到一封testimonial letter。其次详细研究每篇
文章的每个引用，最终确定了6个引用来回复RFE。同时找引用文章的作者要推荐信。这

楼主是中南部一所flagship学校AP，学院为art & science，但楼主的工作方向是工业
界。
文章： 大大小小的文章1作与通信一起估计20多吧，因为研究方向面向工业界，所以引
用不高。提交的时候google引用大概在180次左右
审稿： 估计应该有上100次，具体数字忘了（抱歉）。两个杂字的AE，博士毕业后本每
年会担任年会session chair。
律师：用的是Wegreen。算是朋友推荐。总体来说合作还行！他们给的是Approval or
Refund, 做evaluation的时候引用在140左右。学校同意sponsor EB1B，但学校指定律
师说我博士毕业后工作经历不满3年（楼主有国内硕士学位），要今年10月满三年然后
才能提交EB1B。个人感觉律师不专业，家里领导催得急。然后决定上EB1A。

完全不上心，至于被大家拎出来批的那个问题，确实是很无知的感觉了。。
收到NOID开始才补功课准备材料，但这个时候已经是躺在砧板上任人鱼肉了。。
在准备response的时候，我是认真准备材料挖掘亮点的。
增加了两个独立推荐人，并且是文章里大段引用并直接应用我的提出方法。
做过grant proposal review，找邀请人写的testimonial；以及PNAS和另一个专业top
journal的editor写的testimonial。
深挖了10个notable citation。有一篇review是政府report，其中有一个小章节就是完
全用我的工作来介绍某个方向的进展并直接拿了我的一幅图放进去；其他的也都是大段
方法应用等等。
更新了GS数据，已经两个web science hot paper的记录
刚刚收到了fax的拒信内容，大约IO就是纯粹为了拒而拒吧，和notice里一样承认三项
但否定final merits

decision. It's only one side of the story. In the absence of opposing
testimony, and without you behaving in ways that suggest mental instability
