最近版面吵的比较凶，刚好赶上roc任期到了，我就竞选一下。我本人认同roc999大多

一位老乡的父亲电话给我让我帮他找寻儿子的下落。情况大概是他儿子周日去了texas
应该是去找这位叫you li的同学，本来昨天周三应该回到他自己的学校，但是他室友说
他并没有回去，手机也打不通，邮件也不回。他父亲很担心他，所以希望认识you li的
同学能否站内我一下她的联系方式，他父亲只想确认他人身安全就好。据他父亲信息，

Texas 的房产税差不多是1.46%-4.2%，以前号称是全美国最高的。但是，texas 的人
口多少年来并没有减少，房价也一值很稳定。过去20年来，每年的增长幅度保持在3-5%
左右。就是在全美国房价疯涨的2004，2205，2006和2007年上半年，texas的房价也是
老神在在，不曾经越雷池半步。所以，在美国次贷危机发生后，德州佬坐在墨西哥湾笑
翻美利坚。
然而，美国房价土匪性狂涨的几个州的房产税却出奇的低，例如：
california 是1.01-1.2
nevada是1.01-1.21
Arizona是 1.01-1.25
所以，Texas人很自在买着便宜房子,悠闲的住着大房子，交点地产税看加州人当房
奴。
中国的问题也一样，1%的房产税就能把房价降下来60%的话，我看老百姓不会反对，而 |

time，今天我们就Texas最新的I-140及I-485concurrent filing的情形做进一步说明。
据得知Texas目前的I-140及I-485concurrent
filing是处理到7/25/2005。所谓concurrent filing同时包括I-485在I-140还没有批准之
前所送的案件。也就是说Texas目前正处理7/25/2003后所送的I-140及I-485concurrent
filing。Texas移民中心鼓励大家以concurrent方式送件，如此可以缩短整个审核时间。
至於非concurrent的方式所送的I-485仍然停留在4/22/2002。
如果I-485送出超过半年还没有收到Fingerprint Notice则需要请律师与Texas中心联络。 |

发帖数: 947 | 12 现在我们不管H-1B的情形是如何，因为该申请的H-1B的人大多都申请了，现在的问题是
有多少人申请，而且名额何时用完，但这是我们无法控制的，所以我们建议是不去理会
它。但是如果申请的人不多，国会可能增加名额的意愿就不高。申请人一下子爆满，国
会可能会有动作。但同时这次申请H-1B的就会有很多人抽不中。这实在是一个难题。
我们这两个星期计算了一下，从Texas及Nebraska所出来的I-140情形。看到下列一些状
况。
1 Texas 发出很多有关ability to pay的RFE。同时也看到一些ability to pay的否决
。不知这是什么原因，Texas突然变得非常严格，而且常常不尊重案例。也就是说他们
只是看Tax Return。
2 Texas 对于EB-1及NIW发出很多内容不变的RFE。但是数量来说还是比Nebraska少很多
。从Texas来的Denial Notice一般来说并不像Nebraska来的仔细。
3 Nebraska 近来发出大量的RFE。几乎回到一年前的状况。有些EB-1及NIW我们看的很
清楚CIS根本没有看申请人的资料，就发出Boiler pla |

查了下JDPower，First Texas Homes在Dallas地区的总体评价算是最差级别的，不过在
质量评比中,竟然还有４星,好象比Meritage或者Grand Homes稍好点.
大家觉得他们的房子怎么样？
都说德州的房子便宜，但梢好点的建造商,比如Drees或者David Weekley，他们的房子
都是三四十万起价.如果想买三十万以下的,大家有什么推荐吗？

发帖目的：
验证missladybuy说的话的可信度。她说“我当时的语言绝对没有比这个恶劣，什么是
就事论事什么是人身攻击，我分得很清楚。”
证据：
去年我发了一个询问IT工资的帖子，在素不相识的情况下，missladybug用尖酸刻薄的
语言对我进行攻击。帖子删了，她还意犹未尽，把帖子转到JOKE版继续挑衅。另外，我
是一个油工，没有告诉missladybug我不挣钱养家。
结论：
看完这个帖子就明白了，就对那个ID背后的人有一个了解了。上网真不能听一面之词。
我的上网宗旨：
给讲理的人讲理，对胡搅蛮差的人不理。不把时间浪费在自己讨厌的人身上。这个帖子

初的ROSE BOWL败给大象。
没想到只是OC分会我们就订了440张， 不知道LA TEXAS EXES总会要订几千张。
