按照A的分类，一个大型卖场的商业部门主要有5个：生鲜FP，大众消费品MCP，家电EM，
百货BAZAR和纺织Textile。
他们有着不同的分工：
生鲜和大众消费品是日常客流的主要方向，去超市的最主要目的，所以为了更好的吸引
客户的眼球打造便宜的感觉，这两个部门通常是负毛利或者零毛利运作（这里指的是门
店毛利），尤其是生鲜，是常年负毛利部门。
家电部越来越趋向于累赘，因为大型超市里的家电部很难竞争过专业的家电卖场，但是
由于销售额与商品种类成正比，所以这个门类必须 |

首先，俺曾在法资零售业从事中层管理，不过不是在C，是在A。
之前看了几个帖子，不出我所料，在全民制抵的声音喊出几天之后“理性”的人士
们开始登场，开始告诉大家这样的制抵最终伤及中国人~~~
