方舟子的定义：凡是支付版面费发表学术论文的都是学术腐败（此定义他曾与何作庥一
起撰文发表在他的地盘《新语丝》网站上）。有意思的是，何作庥与方舟子两位同志，
在2003年前后曾经相互攻击，揭老底过。后来两人一唱一和。似乎2009年之后，两人又
不怎么对劲了。
方舟子的文凭：方舟子原叫方是名。1990年本科毕业后赴美留学。1995年获美国密歇根
州立大学生物化学博士学位。
岳东晓博士查方舟子的博士论文及其他专业论文，却只发现了一篇，还是与人合写的。
美欧国家重要期刊都已经把论文网络化，所以重要论文都可以网上检索到。可岳东晓博
士找到的方舟子惟一的一篇专业论文却是假货。
因为： 这是一篇支付版面费的论文！

I use Apache and cgi in the server side. when visiting the site via browser,
the returned html file is truncated.
If I run the cgi at the server machine directly, I can alway get the full html
file created by the perl cgi.
Can anyone help? Thank you very very much! |

A process named logrotate created by the root has been running on my computer
for several days. It consumes ~90% of a CPU time ( 2 CPUs in total in this
computer ). I asked the system administrator to kill it. But it appeared again
soon.
I am using Red Hat 7.3.
Can anyone help? Thanks a lot. |

一句话： 要确定某个表达蛋白(A物种) 的真正的5' UTR 范围碱基序列
最好将其包括启动子部分的碱基序列转接到一个非启动子功能的载体
然后转染到异种(B物种: 可以是A物种的近缘) 的Cell line 表达那个目标蛋白
再提取那个表达后的目标蛋白
如果后者同In vivo (A物种) 的生化物理性质完全一致,
那么其包括启动子部分的碱基序列 就是真正的5' UTR 范围碱基序列
