版上有人用过么？求一下经验，怕被拒绝。
1.Benefit里面写的max coverage per item $10,000 这个能多次claim吗？
比如我这次摔坏镜头了，修了500,下次又摔坏了又要修300，或者后来又被偷了，还能
继续claim吗？(直到赔到购买的价格？) 还有来回的shipping cost能否包含到claim
里面？
2, 里面有一个规定The item was not reasonably cared for to prevent the
damage or theft。这个很模糊，如何界定？比如其实我是因为自己失手摔坏的，能否

我的roomate今天早上收到ebay的一封email，说是怀疑他的账号被盗用，要验证。这哥们
就傻乎乎的把他的所有信息都发过去了（包括住址，SSN，Mother's maden name,
Checking account number and pin，等等)！等我醒了以后，碰到我，还乐滋滋的给我说
有人要盗用他的账号被他阻止了！结果被我臭骂了一顿之后才明白过来！他把他的checki
ng account取消掉了，应该是不会被人取走钱了！但是，现在的问题是，他的所有个人信
息都被那个骗子掌握了，那个骗子以他的名义去申请信用卡或loan怎么办？对付这种Iden
tity theft，还有什么应该做的？他只是把他的银行账号取消了！ |

Ben Bernanke's personal checking account became entangled in an elaborate
identity-theft scheme after his wife Anna's purse was stolen last August.
According to a District of Columbia police report, it contained her Social

就再也没法claim.我感觉所有的damage和theft多少都跟自己not reasonably cared有
关，如果仔细分析。比如你说放在车里，车被砸了。人家可以说是你not reasonably
cared，下车应该把相机随身带着。
所以想问问成功claim过的理由。 |

我的gmail 帐号昨天晚上被盗，盗用者用我的名义给所有contact发了诈骗信。这还不
是最可怕的，前段时间为了给父母准备签证材料，我扫描了我的护照，签证，社会安全
号等重要个人信息并发到了那个信箱里，请问我该怎么做才能避免他们用我的个人信息
去做坏事，比如说申请信用卡什么的？除了报警还有什么措施？另：请问有谁知道
