good manner的男生. DR. C和DR.S是附近声名显赫的Gay Couple,一个做心理咨询,一个
做牙医.
我说我累得很, 什么也不想说.DR.C.在一块白板上开始讲解他如何治疗病人. talk
talk and talk. When we get to a sensitive point that you feel hurt, we will
stop and talk about something else.
然后他列举了一堆"sensitive point", 说到abandonness,loneliness的时候,我觉得想
哭.碰到sensitive point了? 或者大多数抑郁的人都会觉得being abandoned and
lonely? 我还有guilt...还是说不出话来.

light therapy的鼻祖Norman E. Rosenthal说，主要是眼睛，要让眼睛感受到光,不要直接看强光，但是要让部分光线进入眼睛。
melatonin的合成是发生在皮肤的，我不知道抑制是不是也是作用在皮肤，我还在进一步研究。下面是关于melatonin的基本信息。

我只读完头三十页，已经觉得大有改善。和大多数告诉我们你很有病而且病得不轻，估
计一辈子吃药也好不了，但是应该有信心的那些书不一样，这本书真得让人感觉好，不
光是有希望，是心理和身体上都有好转。我觉得前提是你要基本稳定而且大概知道自己
为什么病。如果还处于每天站都站不起来，天天哭，精神涣散的状态，还是要先吃药控
制到能生活自理而且一个星期能有一天高兴日子的状态，再来看这本书。
从生病到现在两年多了，一直在做therapy，很长时间以来感觉没有什么用处。
Therapist无非是根据西方心理学，说我小时候如何如何了，所以精神上有什么缺憾没
有能够补偿等等。她也说一些我不能理解的东西。另外就是心情不好，不想活的时候去
找她倾诉一下。我觉得很没有希望，如果一辈子就这样靠药物和找大夫抱怨活着，也太

医生推荐做 (Applied Behavior Analysis)ABA therapy，说这是目前治疗儿童自闭症
的最好的方法。可气的是公司的mental health insurance还不cover 这个ABA
therapy。可这个治疗要长期做，非常昂贵，自己很难负担。该怎么办？
真的要崩溃了。
