发帖数: 85 | 3 Actually, I need to concentrate H2SiF6 from <1 M to 3.2 M.
It is for the growth of SiO2 film by using the Liquid Phase Deposition
process. The effluent contains HF, H2SiF6 (< 1 M), and water. I plan to
concentrate the solution and then saturate the solution with SiO2 to obtain
concentrated H2SiF6.
Not sure which is the concentration of HF in the effluent. What will you do
if HF is 0.1 M and needs to be increased to 1 M? |
