名气只比wolf差一点点的话那我就选Thermador了……
我们最开始看上的就是Viking的，他的7系列的range功能看上去真是很不错，可是网上
一查都说Viking近年来质量很成问题，所以才被收购了，我们就被吓退了…… |

先一口咬定我的电器已经出了保修期了。保修几年是白纸黑字铁板钉钉的都敢胡说八道
！我跟客服说你查serial#就知道哪一年出厂的是否在保修期内。她居然撒谎说serial#
不能提供任何有效信息！后来我找到一个专门网站只要输入各种电器品牌的serial#就
可以查出出厂日期的。然后我在冰箱的serial#旁边找到了出厂日期。所以显然的客服
就是在企图骗人。
被揭穿之后又开始胡说八道，只有原始的购买人才能享受保修，所以必须出示original
receipt. 大家也知道的，就算你买全新房。这些build-in的电器也肯定不是home
owner自己买的，哪来的original receipt? 车子电器的保修是跟物又不跟人。哪有车
子开半年转手卖了，warranty就失效的。我让她把thermador相关的条款给我翻出来。
她找不找，只好承认warranty有效。
现在他们就是死扣了要我出示original receipt这一条，等我翻出来了又不知道会出什
么妖着。 |

5系列的已经比较完善，其实几个要数作参考就可以，内胆是不锈钢，消毒水温达131F
以上，有搅碎残渣的功能就可以,至于安静，应该是很安静，上到Thermador的产品只能
看地上的反射灯来判断机器是否在运行 |

我并不是想站在商家的角度来考虑问题，但的确很多产品的warranty是non-
transferable的。我是在找我厨房水龙头的warranty条款的时候发现的，水龙头是终身
保修，但只能是对original owner。
对于thermador的dishwasher，我找到一个型号的说明书，上面也是说first purchaser

thermador冰箱。不然的话，whirlpool是性价比最高的，反正很多牌子，kitchenaid，
jennair都是他家的。韩货可能外面光鲜，好的不多，听说过用塑料做轴承的。 看看
