[提要] 中国外交部发言人华春莹27日针对印度成功试射“烈火-5”洲际弹道导弹的
回应，在印度激起强烈反应。有印度媒体将此解读为“中方试图将此事提交联合国安理
会处理”报道对比自4年前印度第一次试射“烈火”以来中方的表态，称今年是中方措
辞最严厉的一次。

华春莹并没有具体说明是联合国安理会的什么决议，但印度媒体认为，那指的是18
年前联合国安理会有关印度及巴基斯坦应该放弃一切核试验的1172号决议。印度“
