会需要深呼吸一口才行。
特别是疲劳的时候。去检查医生说是thicken heart，就是说心脏变厚了？如果心率很
低比如40下左右会不会也会有这种情况？各位跑版大侠是怎么克服或者经历过这种情况

至于thicken heart医生说是举重导致，而且只是比普通人多一点而已，说没事。
医生推测可能是过量运动导致。自己猜测因为心脏不够强大，所以之前没有意识到可能
push自己到了极限心跳然后坚持了很久。想问问如果一开始这样做，会不会有心脏疲劳
导致的呼吸困难情
况？还是就我这样。。。 |

发帖数: 1305 | 10 现在卖的WL系列都是新版的了。记得大概两年前用过旧版的一个日霜，也是WL系列，但
是具体名字忘了，带SPF15。回国的时候南方的冬天用刚好，不油腻不干燥的。而且擦
上去皮肤立马均匀细致，略微增添一点白，不过不是那种脸和脖子两个色的白。
新版的WL前两天在MACYS看过，BA一直很强势地要我买170多那个精华还有SOFTNER，我
问她日霜，她就说用精华才能真的美白，烦她，就走了。。。。
Shiseido的东西一直都觉得还不错，虽然我是混合偏油，但是觉得pureness的那个系列
用了不舒服会搓泥而且偏干，但是红色蜜露却觉得很好用.....
现在又看上了他家的white lucent的面膜。话说美国这边片状面膜不多，美白的就更少
了，一直以来都是在flushing买雪肌精雪水的片状面膜....有点担心Shiseido的WL会闷
痘~~~~~其实我美白只是为了祛除痘印，均匀肤色~~~~~再闷出痘来就哭死算了。
PS，还想买给头发的蓬蓬水。之前买过洗完头后湿用的thickening cream,觉得还不错
，准备再囤一点，这次想搞个头发干的时候用的，比较方便。JMS有没有推荐的产品啊 |

我先问个问题，前面去k家官网转了圈发现番茄霜/乳液都没有了？为毛啊？不是说
卖完了 是根本官网上就没有这个东西了。。。什么时候的事情啊这是？？？我已经最
起码2年没关心K家了。。。。。现在手里只有2个，见下图，买的时候都是去店里直接
拿了就走也不多看，就怕受诱惑555555555
另外更正下误区：为毛很多油皮混合皮买黄瓜水？这个根本在官网上是给干皮的啊
！请大家买东西前都上官网考察下吧。。。
还有就是，k家据说是TB上假货最为猖獗的牌子之一，因为他们的东西包装简单最
容易仿冒。请大家睁大眼睛啊！！！
1. 金盏花水。不能说是鸡肋，只是说性价比不高。这个水我觉得是真的很贵的，
而且我没有敷纸膜的习惯，这个水当年就是纯粹当爽肤水用化妆棉使的，没多久就见底
了，很心疼，就再也没买过。。。也没见到淡化痘印之类的功效。。。大概敷纸膜的效
果会不同吧，总之如果是单纯用作爽肤水，完全没必要买贵的。。。
2. Sodium PCA Oil-Free Moisturizer 无油润肤霜。很好用，很清爽的水润，质

想要拉蓬松一点的，用点thickening serum,头顶上的头发从根部往上拉，侧面的头发
要在发尾处拉出一个弧度出来，最后碰点定型的，这样头发各种变化就多了。

B-Complex。用了快一个月，觉得不错。我头发细，而且很fuzzy，有点自来卷。用了这
个洗发水后，头发比较蓬松，也挺顺的，当然我每次都用conditioner，常常还用hair
mask。
不过洗掉洗发水的时候，感觉涩涩的手感，如果不用conditioner，头发会干吧。
看有MM说，用这个后会长新头发。so far我还没觉得，决定会用一段时间再看看。 |

了两年多了,都很不错. 最近一两个月掉头发非常厉害,自己觉得是因为两个月之前买了
一块lush的洗头皂, 大概用了几个礼拜, 掉头发现象开始严重, 停用后换回之前的
avalon, 没有帮助,越来越严重了,每天洗头必掉50根左右....
求大家推荐洗发水, Organic的最好,或者能少掉头发的....实在不知道用什么了...

这是我至今为止最叹为观止的护发素，用完以后吹，极度加蓬松且发亮有弹性。不
吹也比一般的货强很多。可能对有些日子来说比较重。

aveda明星产品。 洗发后吹干，蓬松且加亮，轻柔有去干的分叉。很轻松，很容易
。 用完了以后加refill.
3. aveda light elements texturizing creme
aveda明星产品，定型用。 代替hair spray, 适合冬季干细头发，没有什么垂重油

比较针对头皮屑的，我一般觉得头皮不是很健康或者头皮很油的时候会用。如果排除身
体健康因素的情况下，我觉得最主要还是跟吃的东西也有关系，我头发以前也是很多，
现在很少，而且很容易掉发，头发又细，最近看了些养生书，每天都吃黑芝麻，核桃，
杏仁打成粉冲着吃，当然头发多不多效果没那么明显，但是发现掉头发明显掉少了，另

Like your regular corn starch can only thicken the soup under certain
