inflammation, or flaking in the nail nor the cuticle. The entire toenail is
in black (as opposed to yellow or brown) and thickened over months. I saw
my doctor months ago when the black/darkened spot was not so big and the
toenail was not thickened, he said it was fungal infection. But it doesn't
seem like toenail fungus typically present as blackened and thickened nail,

一月18号的周末，跟邻居一起砍树，要搬运砍下来的树枝chipper。拖较重的树枝时能
感觉到阑尾炎处有一定的疼痛和不适。
一月26号周末去work out，慢跑45分钟。回来后也能感觉到阑尾炎处有一定的不适。
随后两天有感觉疝气手术处不适 － 坠涨但不是疼。完了，疝气手术处的不适消失，阑
尾炎处的不适感增强。这样的过程如初次发作的过程一致，即先出，现疝气手术处的不
适，然后才是阑尾炎处出现不适，只是初次发作的时候疝气手术处的不适时间稍多两天。
期间曾出现lower back 的右侧的肌肉持续酸疼两天，之前的两天我与其它时间一样，
并无过渡地劳累和工作。
28号按照医生的建议，又做了一次CT，结果显示原来thickened的阑尾没有thickened了
。可我最近仍然有不适感。阑尾处，更深就是靠近后背出有别的什么器官吗？因为从腹
部挤压阑尾处时，我感觉更深的对方有不适。

了耳鼻喉科医生，医生建议做个脑部的MRI.做完后医生看过了报告后说脑部没什么异常
。 不知道有没有必要再找脑神经科的医生看一下？ 报告如下。小时侯得过鼻窦炎，出
国后就没什么症状了。平时有时候会有头疼，主要集中在脑门部位。喝杯咖啡，或者睡
一觉就没事了。

阳穴后边那块，洗好头发后脑袋两侧总是有点贴。这些年试用了不少让头发显得多的产
品，真正有效的很少。
图片右边那个应该很多人都知道的，living proof full thickening cream，用过，效
果嘛似乎是有一点，不持久，通常过了中午就又贴了。
图片左边那个是刚买的，bumble and bumble的thickening hairspray，头发擦干以后
就喷，然后再吹干。周末第一次用，图片上的两个我一起擦到头发上然后再吹干，效果
特别的好。早上我美滋滋的拿着手机给头发拍了好多照片。最让人开心的是，从上午10
点到下午6点，这么长时间都没有太大变化。
星期一早上洗发后我单独用了bumble and bumble，效果也很好，它应该是我用过所有
的让发量显多的产品中效果最明显也相对最持久的了。这个当时不确定好不好用就买了
个小瓶的，只有2OZ，等打折的时候我一定入个大瓶装的。缺点就是酒精味有点大，我

鼻喉科专家，终于在近期得到了正确而有效的治疗。特此总结，希望可以为以后各位临
床诊断做出一些贡献，帮助更多的病患。
注：本人非医学专业，所以用词和描述上可能会有很多不准确的地方。见谅。
男，32岁，无烟酒史，无过敏史，BMI 23。从一年以前（2011年5月）开始感觉胸部不
适。具体表现胸腔内(喉下10指左右）发痒，感觉像是有什么东西挂在气管上，易咳嗽
。因为当时我父亲不慎感染了感冒，也在咳嗽。所以当时并没有注意，以为自己的情况
也是感冒引起的咳嗽，会很快恢复。
过了几个月，咳嗽的症状依旧，但并没有恶化。每天不定期，不定时会突然感觉胸部发
痒，随后咳嗽。但没有任何痰液。开始就医。经测量发现体温，脉搏，血压均正常。因
为发痒的感觉来自胸部，所以家庭医生安排我做了胸片X光。检测结果一切正常，因此
医生排除了细菌感染的可能性。
然后医生开始怀疑是哮喘引起的咳嗽。于是给我开了两种不同的用于治疗哮喘的
inhalor，一种是A开头的，名字忘记了。另外一种是Fluticasone，一种常见的类固醇

发帖数: 168 | 37 我的经历也分享一下。我有很多年的慢性咳嗽，都记不清什么时候开始的了。也许中学
时就有，但是可能症状比较轻， 没有治疗。最近几年变得bothersome，基本上每一两
分钟都会咳嗽一下。看过几个家庭医生，一个ENT，都是按照某种可能性（比如过敏，
Post-nasal drip）开药试一下，不行再换一种；其中一个庸医发现我TB阳性，就不管
咳嗽开始治TB阳性了（我的理解是阳性可能是小时候种过卡介苗的原因,一但测出阳性
就总是永远阳性不用再测了，以前上学和绿卡都测试并治疗过）。
你的症状1,2,3和我完完全全一样。干咳没有痰，睡觉和跑步时绝对不会咳嗽。第4点可
能也有，我偶尔也会感觉到喉咙突然很痒，但是不觉得和身体姿势有关。还有一个重要
的症状是我有很严重的canker sore，嘴唇很容易破点皮就发展成一个很大的溃疡，一
般都要几个星期才好。这种情况一年会有好几次。如果连续几天晚上熬夜的话出现
canker sore的可能性很大。还有一个症状就是早上起来嘴里总是有点苦涩的味道，但
是没有泛酸和烧心的感觉。

的公司统统出来否认。彭博社的几个智障记者被专家狠狠打脸。 美国人死不认错的特
征驱使彭博社发表第二篇更垃圾的文章来文过饰非。
1. 文章没有提供第一篇指控的任何新证据，而是炮制出另一个故事把这个故事称为证
据。
2. 故事提供者为一名前摩萨德特工，他所在的网络安全公司也是摩萨德控制的准外国
间谍机构。 他没有交代他的生意和白宫，以色列政府的关系。以色列情报部门
和疮破竞选团队接触试图干涉大选的丑闻昨天才爆。
3. 故事说在一间美国主要电讯供应商的supermicro的服务器上发现植入芯片。但ATT，
Verizon，T-mobile Sprint都出来否认，请问还有啥主要电讯提供商？
4. 已经有多位专家指出硬件开后门的做法非常业余，任何稍有专业素养的间谍机构都
不会采用。
文章里面错误百出，广州深圳不分，任何细节都不查证，证明记者职业素质极差。
