出来也吃着很嫩。完全没必要去嚼死梆梆的鸡胸肉。刚开始健身的时候以为就是要多吃
lean肉少吃脂肪,长出来就是lean肉,其实不是,2/2/1比例控制好吃不胖,就算bf涨
点,要cut也就是两三个月的事情。嚼鸡胸,我现在觉得很没劲。 |

red meat, white meat的定义是看myoglobin含量,0.1%以上算red meat。
Poultry white muscle – .05 mg/g
Chicken thigh – 1.8-2.0 mg/g
Turkey thigh – 2.5-3.0 mg/g
Pork, veal – 1.0-3.0 mg/g
Beef – 4.0-10.0 mg/g
Old beef – 15.0-20.0 mg/g
鸡胸肉含量最低,其他的肉都在1 mg/g以上。
myoglobin在nutrition标签里是看不出来的。没有列那么详细。
red meat致癌是真的,这个不是民科。

,胖成这样真不好看。我脸皮再厚也备不住她天天念。我有一只落满了灰的体重计扔在
洗手间的角落里--可见我是有多自暴自弃。我妈擦干净了灰,让我磅磅称。136磅,
夏天穿的少,约等于净重。我身高168,这个体重算是微胖了。我必须说我虽胖,但一
直有腰身(五花肉哈)有core有锁骨,最胖在屁股大腿和大手臂,就是所谓梨型身材,
裤子大部分穿6号,lulu家的legging穿8号,上衣4号。下面说说我减肥workout的两个
阶段。
游泳: 7 月~ 9月,早上
从七月到九月,开始我隔天去一次,周末天天去。第一个礼拜每次游500米,蛙泳和仰
泳交替,不间断,喘的死去活来。第二个礼拜,我慢慢增加距离到1公里。游的很慢,
但基本坚持不间断。两周以后,可以游到30分钟内。一个月以后开始领悟蛙泳靠胸和手
臂的力量向前蹿着游,可以游出点模样了。但体重没啥变化,基本在135上下晃荡。八
月末的一天早上我对镜子穿衣服,忽然发现我腰上隐约有了传说中的马甲线。最最重要

材至少回到以前,体脂比控制在17%以下,腰围63以下,目视可见两条腹肌。现第一阶
段目标腰围65cm或以下,肌肉增长1-2磅,三个月内完成就好。
本人身高168,现体重110 lbs, 对自己身材的要求是有点骨感加肌肉感,进一步提高精
神和能量。我的方法是降低主食分量,增加牛奶摄入和运动,晚餐时间尽量提前。

听得很懂是在说这个叫什莫道夫的人踢球。我凑过去说这个人有名,我也知道,他的

为要保证hip square and forward, 就有点你说的thigh 在 hip 窝里rotate的意思,
这个所谓rotate的幅度很有限 但是加上小腿和脚的扭转,传递到脚底效果就比较明显
了。
:我的理解是,在stack position的前提下,以脚底为圆心扭转,其跟thigh在hip窝里
:pivot是同一个动作,对两个不同部位的不同描述。 |

左右折返跑,急停,屈膝,发球蹬腿,对膝盖的伤害是非常大的,致命的是膝盖软组织
的损毁是somewhat不可逆的。如何更好地保护膝盖,我抛砖引玉一下,希望同鞋门提供
好的建议和方法。
(一) 预防
1 打球之前,做够warm-up。

看到班上有人过海关出问题,很久没说话的教授又忍不住好为人师咯。咸肉香肠甚至腊
肉都是可以自己做的,除非你在弗罗里达----那是很难办到。
我年年腌咸肉咸鸡咸鸭, 不做这些就觉得冬天白过了。 以前在俄亥俄念书的时候,
没有空余房间,就把他们放在冰箱里放干。去年搬到这边,发现现在的冰箱比以前的湿
度高,恐怕不好吹。正好有间空房间,就关了那间屋子的暖气,外面0度以上的时候窗
户开了一指头宽的缝,腌好的肉放在大的烤架上,下面垫了塑料桌布。吹的时候真的有
油滴下来。。。。天气合适的州,冬天5到15度,挂阳台就好了,方便多了。
今年都是咸鸡,因为真的比咸肉还好吃。有鸡大腿,小僮子鸡,不过最好的是鸡腿上半
截,去了骨。因为鸡吹干了,顺丝吃就有点塞牙,这种去了骨的鸡腿可以蒸好了横着纹
路切,连着鸡皮, 又鲜美又油润。巴士惨了!!!

1)唱到最后有点忘乎所以,不过 jazz 这种 one-take 的,
也不太好控制。由着性子算了。
2)不知道是不是唱成了 “a thigh is just a thigh”。。。
3)小感冒久矣,不过小歌无所谓。另外破嗓唱 jazz 正好!
4)后期还是压缩混响两板斧。。。快糙猛不是盖的。。。
