Data is stored as relational data in DB and you need to operate on objects
instead in service level. There has to be an bridge in between, what we
typically call data access objects.
You can reinvent your own wheel or you can leverage an ORM framework to save
some boiler plate code. Personally I found spring data with JPA very neat.
Now here is the catch, ORM can get overwhelming complicated by itself at

following:
1. CPU fan almost always on.
2. When shutting down, a window pops up asking if "QueenKarton" is to be
ended. If click yes, the the laptop can be shut down. However, I don't know
what the hell QueenKarton is.
3. Norton AV cannot be installed. System always says "New program installed"
but Norton AV cannot be seen.
4. Most weird of all, IE cannot access www.symantec.com! www.norton.com seems
fine but turns in |

Overall, I think they all have good package. Here is what I learned:
1. English language is generally not a problem.
2. LORs are very important for an applicants to learn your strength so you
can speak out during the interview - unfortunately many people waived their
right to see the letter
3. I am surprised to find out most people don't know what are their true
