【侨报纽约网报道】一年一度的五大道博物馆节（Museum Mile Festival 2016）
即将来临，今年是该活动举办第38周年。届时曼哈顿第5大道从82街往北至105街沿途9
家博物馆，将全部免费对公众开放，活动期间五大道街区将对车辆关闭通行，民众可步
行参加这一大型的街区派对。
自1978年成立至今，已有超过150万名居民参加这一大型文化艺术活动。除了闲逛
各大博物馆之外，游客们还可沿着五大道步行赏景，一边享受美妙的现场音乐表演，沉
醉于弦乐四重奏与爵士乐的美妙，一边观赏惊艳绝伦的脸谱彩绘，参与各种街区派对活
动。乐趣多多，精彩无限，千万不可错过哦！
感兴趣的民众可于当天下午5点45分前往库珀·休伊特国家设计博物馆
（Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum, Smithsonian Institution - 91st
Street）参加博物馆节的开幕仪式（Museum Mile Kick-Off）。

省内房屋按揭的欺骗行为的。房屋按揭欺诈现象自古有之,但是手段上也随着社会的变化
和新技术的使用而变化。
试想一下，你已经住了几十年的房屋，突然间就成为了别人名下的财产，而自己则需要
在限期内搬离房屋的心情，一定是非常气愤的。
Susan Lawrence就是这样的一个受害者，在2005年底的时候，她突然被告知这所房屋已
经不属于她了，要求她在限期内离开。在此之前，她已经在这里居住了许多年了。
据警方表示，此案件应该是一个假装是Lawrence的骗子将房产转给了另一个自称为Thom
as Wright的人，而第二个人则告知房产按揭抵押公司，希望得到该29万元的房物的按揭
贷款，从而房屋便成为了第三个人的私人财产。
这位55岁的老人在去年的时候将房产抵押公司告上了法庭，这在2005年底还是一个非常
著名的案例。法庭也此案件进行了审理，但并有对Susan Lawrence做出任何的补偿，于
是Susan Lawrence只有再次上诉。

希望kenny thoms不是只是昙花一现，看看两个人赛后记者招待会上的发言，可以看出两个
人个性的有多不同。不知道该用哪个词，tough? heart?发正kenny的个性则显得更苏拉一
些。去年前年的火箭是一堆苏拉加上姚明和JJ，再加上那些苏拉们基本技术都不太过关，
所以火箭无法很好的实施全队范围有组织的进攻战术，而对比起来显得JJ很有脑得多，
所以在中国球迷中培养了一堆JJ扇子。去年以前输球以后很多姚扇把火箭队除了姚明
以外的球员都骂了个遍，而今年则主要骂的是苏拉也是跟这个有关系的。可怜的苏拉就
这么做了替罪羊，殊不知在两个老大并不是很tough的情形下一个队有这么个苏拉绝对
是块宝。
说到姚明够不够 tough,可能你会拿去年奥运的表现来反驳我，没错，我承认姚明
奥运的表现够拼命，我也在那个期间变成了铁杆姚饭，但是至少就nba常规赛而言，
他表现得更多的是他个性中的另一面
回到国王的话题，以前的国王除了bb外则缺少苏拉的气质，peja就表提了，微波到是
敢投篮但是关键时刻的 choke |
