以前为人父母版有几个大娃父母深入讨论过这个问题，可惜是一年以前的帖子，找不到
了。
印象中很多大学的录取网站上就有一个链接，填入相关的家庭 income and
demographic information，网站就会自动计算是否可以减免学费或者减免多少。不同
地区和不同学校的threshold有差异，主要考虑当地的 population median income。华
人双职工夫妇一般就轻易超过这个threshold了，单职工家庭还取决于家庭人口结构。
你的直觉很好，你提出的一个人工作可能更好的情况，有时在margin上确实会存在。减
免学费这个benefit本质上是一个transfer payment，或者说是负税收，而税收最主要
的考量是公平，相应的trade-off 就是对劳动供给的disincentive。
在一个信息完全的假想情况下，收入和能力会一一对应，这个时候如果只考虑效率而不
考虑公平，最优的税收机制是累退税而不是累进税，1996年诺奖获得者 James

第二题没写code，就是不停问你问题，不停的延伸。
这题需要点machine learning的背景。每页都有error，word-by-word比较肯定是不行
的，而且全文比较也太expensive了。有时候一个单词被错误的分为两个，有时候单词
有脱漏，所以要做alignment，有点象DNA sequence alignment一样，找出两页之间概
率最大的alignment，看看mismatch rate多大，大于某个threshold就认为这两页不同
。随机抽取若干页，比如随机从两本页数相同的书里抽取相应的十页，如果有9页被判
定相同，可以认为这两本书相同。
当然，实际上要做supervised learning，用一些label的sample来train model，调整
里面的threshold和其他参数，以得到最大的accuracy。 |

如果store调用频率高或者test频率高应该怎么设计。
store(int newInt)使用多： 可以考虑开个list来cash下最近的new ints，超过一定的
time threshold或者size threshold才往hashtable里flush。这样减少对hashtable的
写操作，否则过多lock性能不佳，也可能block test操作。
test(int targetInt）使用多：考虑对hashtable做多个copy，也就是search system常
用的replica设计，让test操作assign到10个、100个hashtable instances上去跑，每
个再对应一个thread。 |

脑补，终于得出了如下完整的题目：（脑补偏了，概不负责啊）
(1) Player 可以有动物，金币， level（就理解成练到几级了吧）
(2) 当 player 达到了某种 requirement 或者某几种 requirements，就会得到某种
achievement，

很久 contactor 也没有再连上。有两个single-capacitor, 2008年的, 表面很多锈，
但摸起来还是挺平的，并没有凸起爆裂。
