单有效的一个预防治疗方法。为什么会这样，这和新冠病毒的传播方式相关。呼吸直接
传播，气溶胶传播等等最难预防的传播方式，其实可以用低浓度挥发性有机溶剂来间歇
性的对空气进行消毒。这方法尤其对密闭空间有效。
比如根据CDC的数据，人在充满500个ppm的acetonitrile的空气里面待上四个小时对人
体不会造成任何伤害。那估计加大浓度到2000ppm的浓度问题也不会大。这么搞上几个
小时估计肺里面的病毒也被杀死了。当然尼玛直接上高浓度酒精蒸气估计更没问题了。
所以现在当务之急不是什么中药，而是用高浓度酒精蒸气或者acetonitrile蒸气来对病
人进行桑拿浴享受式治疗。那些手里有分离出来的活病毒的实验室应该赶紧测一测可以
导致病毒失活的最低有机溶剂在空气中的ppm。
这个方法简单有效，一招制敌，让病毒在其主要传播媒介空气中直接失活没法再感染人
类。

你如果去看自己的PCP，如果满足guideline的话，可以测
我自己的PCP guideline是排除flu和strep throat后，101.5度，cough和chest pain/
shortness of breath，没有travel和contact的限制。

这些guideline只本地的health commissioner定的，CDC的建议只是建议。纽约这种
epicenter的情况不能拿来说是全国的情况。很多地方测试很容易，我知道有大农村
的drive through只要发烧就能测。
美国下周应该就能测1百万了。再过2周可能能测3百万。 |

时出结果。
high throughput - 这些是用机器的，每天几十万，只要取样能跟上。现在的问题是鼻
咽取样需要穿ppe, 所以很多地方限制测试，因为ppe到处紧缺。
POC的测试好处是不需要ppe，可以在你自己的医生诊所测，全美10万所有pcp门诊，每
家如果都买一台，每台每天测20个（因为pcp门诊不是24/7），那就是2百万测试每天，
也不得了。 |
