has it. Just search "walk-in Clinic" or just "clinic". If its description
has the word "walk-in" or "no appointment needed", that's the one. Really no
need to recommend, each one pretty much the same. Basically if you tell the
Doctor Sore Throat(Throat pain, etc) and Cough, they'll give you medicine
prescription and you go to pharmacy to buy it. |

感冒的英文称呼好像大都是, cold. 基本上, 这至少说明两件事
1) 感冒病毒不容易 survive in high temperature .
2) 感冒不应该伴随 high temperature .
另外, 感冒初期, 感冒病毒主要聚集在你的noise and throat 附近.
话又说回来了, 生病了还 6 mile 或者 8 mile, 一两个小时的中高强度运动 ...Hmmmm .. 这个
意子和体力, 好像不谁都可以做到的 ..... AND 我猜,你有这个能力在感冒初期迅速boost your
body temperature, especially the temperature around your noise and throat
without suppressing your immunity system too much for a ENOUGH period .

Yep, a lot of variables are involved.
The main things that are going to effect barrel life are going to be how hot
of a load, and bullet length. If you use the longer target bullets, you are
rubbing more surface area over the throat which has to carve in the rifling
on each bullet pass. This, combined with a hot load, will eat the throat

字，又没人给发双份工资
简单说就是枪管寿命是由精度决定，寿命到了以后，拿来打靶会有看似无缘无故的
flier，你如果拿来打个minute of pig，可以继续打很多。打group时的散布受throat
erosion影响很大，throat erosion直接跟overbore有关。你想，给定一个口径，正常
情况下装药上下差不了几个grain，308和243装的差不多的火药，243把火力集中一起，
烧蚀一个小的多的口，寿命当然短很多。
所有在parent case上缩口的口径，装药量差不多前提下，通过缩口来实现什么弹道平
直，代价就是寿命比parent case要短，包243，25-06，260，6.5，270。。。靶枪打的
多，223，308这样上下差不多一般粗的口径枪管寿命比较长
这些缩口的口径我也有一个，只不过买之前做过功课，知道枪管寿命比较短，聊天是有
人说起枪管寿命比较短，思想上没什么不可接受的，去靶场也不会跟靶枪一样一次打个
几十上百发 |

用木头拍子的时候，好像线就没断过。大概是因为线是尼龙的，而且磅数很低的原因吧
。现在那把拍子上的线还是最初的。
我当时用的是铝合金的，发小Y，花了300多买的是碳素的，后来他那把拍子被穿线的给
拉断了。那时候线断的很少，因为是尼龙线的原因吧。体育用品商店，尤其是先农坛体
育街那边有不少。
leader好像现在还有，不过现在的选择太多了。强生的那个牌子我也记得，现在好像看
不到了。
现在的拍子，多是Y型的，所谓的tennis throat (On most current racquets, the
throat is rougly triangular, branching into a Y: see definiation--http://tennis.about.com/library/blthroat.htm)
早年的拍子多是I型的,就是上面提到的单边。

considered a feature of Chicago models.
The latter is a mid to later SV with flat throat grommets.Early SV has thick
rainsed grommets too.
I came across a post of 2 brand new PS 85 6.0 with Q code and a tag showing
made in U.S. An interesting discussion after that. Will see if I can find it
again.

说实话，一直觉得本版缺少实质性的技术分析帖子，奔视频，照片和讨论 level 几点
几的很多。我打球比较学院派，经常自我分析和矫正.我希望来开个头，把自己多年打
球的一些小经验分享给大家，希望能给大家一些帮助。本人文字功底比较差，见笑。
网球是和任何其它的运动一样 讲究平衡，你把左手插在口袋里然后跑 50米就明白很别
扭.
正手击球的左手应用。
东方式，和西方式 都讲究侧身扭腰 击球. 常见问题:
1. 很多新手觉得侧身扭腰很难，或者经常忘记
2. 还有些老手跑到位，然后停下， 好像侧身转体击球,但是击出的球 无力，没有那种
pro 打出的 peng 的声音。
其实，不管你什么级别，如果给你扔个 软球，你不能击出 crispy peng 的声音，都说明 你的 弹簧 没有 压缩好
或者没有释放好
我觉得这儿大家要 真正明白 侧身扭腰的目的。侧身扭腰的目的就是要 告别胳膊打球
， 使用身体的 hip 和 腰部 的扭转 产生强大的 鞭打的力量（lock and roll 这个我
以后会另外发帖）。先把身体像弹簧一样压缩，再释放。

其实偶目前的经验是，不管什么string pattern, 1 piece横线都是
从脚穿到头的，不知道是不是巧合。
Instruction让你6孔从throat开始、8孔从head开始，最终的结果似乎是
竖线的结必然在脚部。。。 |

在身体前方，垂直于身体(既不是正手也不是反手)，向上45左右。
但也有教练推荐反手volley的准备stance,。
我现在比较倾向于反手volley的准备stance, 为什么，在双打中可以护住自己的要害，
防任何追身球，有时候几乎零后摆，右手持handle，左手持throat, 双手就可以把快速
追身球block回去。
即使这样，正手volley也不会晚多久的，只要左手扶throat往右一推，就可以进行正手
volley了。
还要多体会一下这个准备stance,达到实战效果。 |

Costa Rica和Alaska分处于热带和寒带，气候物种都差距很大。去年冬天在Costa Rica
的Tortuguero国家公园和Corcovado国家公园热带雨林里见识了中美洲物种最丰富的地
区。当时用仅有的18－200的镜头和一只S95，在野外努力地去纪录动物的状态，感觉几
乎不能拍下十分之一。
D200+18-200 VR, Tortuguero NP, Sunbittern Bird舒展双翅的瞬间，
纽约的Bronx Zoo也有这种鸟，但是在那里没见过展翅的时刻。

也倒下了，strap throat比一般感冒流感严重多了，也好的慢，我本来四五年都没生过

我觉得这里义愤填膺吵架的两伙人，大多数都没读过这本书。
我前几天大致读了一下。书比较好找，下在手机上，书也不长，这里的牛人们抽个空也
能马上读完。
比较深的几点印象：
1.主角是个学者，不像阿加莎其他书里那样是职业侦探。所以说白了，就是一个管闲事
的，和你我一样。主角管闲事很用心，大概一是出于学者的好奇心，一是出于路见不平
一声吼的侠义。这一点我也相信和许许多多在这里管闲事的网友们一样。
2.作者认为铊中毒的特征最主要就是掉头发，除此之外可以显示为各种各样的症状。所
以贝志城说她写得不专业。不过一般读者是看不出来的，除了对铊有很深研究的人。当
然也不能断定贝志城事前就很好的研究，很可能是事后花了点心思。不过“一毛不拔”
这个名字有点可疑，似乎暗示我没下手去拔毛，但是你的头发就全掉了。我这当然是歪
解，不负法律责任。

皮肤渗透的，所以有人画画戴手套，现在还有一种油画专用的barrier cream，手霜一
样的东西，画画前涂到手上，跟手套同样的作用。
