troubles:
(1) if there are still many private insurance firms, then they will still
take away lot of profits to feed CEO salary.
(2) it probably need long period time to push down physician salary(hospital
cost has been down quite some)

考试分数高能培养出有竞争力的技工倒是真的。真正的社会发展，要么靠穷得不能再穷
的人艰苦创业，所谓穷则思变；要么是衣食无忧的人搞激情创业，改变世界和人类发展
。认为劳模黑人没有好分数不配进好大学没有什么道理。就好像中国穷苦人生下来就要
帮家里忙活儿，但是可能他/她的炒股潜力却很大只是没有机会发展一个道理。
教育权早该上升为基本人权了。
