的closet 上有浸过水的痕迹（上周刚搬走，所以原先衣服挡着没看到），想问seller
要点rebate去修 .
谁知道我的agent直接拒绝，说我已经remove 所有的contingency 了，只能退出合同，
别想要押金。 仔细查了查seller 给的disclosure ,确实他上面写了，(汗，原先没仔
细看FOUNDATION ON SOIL CLAY CRACKING) 可是专门请的
inspection 当时什么也没提，报告上也没有， 就说 foundation 一切ok.
请帮我看看这个crack 要紧不？
郁闷，ｓｅｌｌｅｒ 拒绝吧还说的通，buyer agent 你至少把我想法告诉人家看能不
能沟通一下把，就一个劲的逼我签字推出合同，说inｓpection的事和他无关，当时都
是我签字同意的,让我找律师区。
这买房子花大钱买了一身不舒服,还是被自己的所谓大牌ＡＧＥＮＴ 搞的 |

没写的话估计问题不大，反正你这张照片上啥都看不到。Agent挣得是卖方的钱，到这
一步了，就想着赶快 settle 数钱涅。你要是真的怒了，就不去 settle 看他们咋办！

INSPECTION 报告上说墙新漆了什么也看不到。可这个地方没漆。
其实我只是想知道这个是大问题不
能不能拿点ＲＥＢＡＴＥ倒是小事。
现在ＢＵＹＥＲ ＡＧＥＮＴ 一个劲催我签ＣＡＮＣＥＬＬＡＴＩＯＮ ＦＯＲＭ,

缝，这几个裂缝的里边是啥，漏过水吗？那个漏水的 closet 应该不是在地下室吧。
