run and you won't regret it. All schools are the top of tops.
$100k @ interest rate of 5% only adds $400 per month to you budget...
If you take 5/1 ARM, and squeeze a bit from other expenses, you can make it.
Try your best.
I once bought a TH in the Gome/Hopk/MS area at $200k, and I sold it $320k
one yr later due to job relocation. It was once up to $680k, and now is
about $525k.

on location. There are TH communities that financially stable people (e.g.,
many fellow Chinese) tend to buy, thus the THs won't be affected that much
- there are always fellow Chinese looking to buy.
Generally speaking, your statement is true. But on the other hand, if a SFH
community has some shortsales (etc.), the house prices will be affected
significantly.

the plumbing, etc., you simply don't have time to enjoy. I'd stay away from
too old houses/THs.

I'm buying a full brick townhouse which requires 0 maintenance (it receive
no dmg from Hurricane Sandy last year). In case of I moved to other city,

I complained about the referal system because I know exactly what happened
to my eye. It is a severe problem called Uveitis. This occured to me many
years ago and I was treated in the Ophthalmatology department. The doctor
told me then it could be recurrent but ths has been long time. The
