For H-4->H-1/J-1, it should be the same as OPT->H-1/J-1. So you don't need
to worry about thsi.
Yes, as you said, there will be some bothering of filing one more
application.
So, the bottom line is, if your LG's boss would like to pay the fees for
both of you, why not file the H-4 application? If not, it really doesn't
matter whether you file it now or later.
