輕判主犯招各方不滿
廖梓源遭淩虐後自殺一案的被告之一雅克比，近日被判入獄服刑30天。華裔眾議員
趙美心2月4日舉行記者會，對輕判被告表示了不滿。她敦促國會和軍方做出具體響應，
防止類似悲劇再次發生。
美聯社消息指出，雅克比向特別軍事法庭承認自己曾對廖梓源拳打腳踢。作為認罪
協議的一部分，檢控方撤銷了雅克比的羞辱及口頭威脅廖梓源兩項罪名。
對主犯的輕判招致各方不滿。有評論認為，軍事法庭的判決“令人心寒”。亞美正
義中心也發表聲明，對判決結果感到失望。聲明強調，雅克比的淩虐行為只有獲得更嚴
