thyroid stimulating hormone 0.61 uiu/ml reference (0.34-5.66)
thyroxine, free 1.16 ng/dl reference (0.52-1.21)
ob说我的thyroxine是normal，但是在border上，所以继续抽血double check一下，如果
有问题，我需要看医生。
这个thyroxine太高，是甲亢么？有点担心，所以先问问。有知道的mm们么？ |

发帖数: 27 | 5 本人一般体检，发现Thyroxine, Free (FT4) =1.06 ng/dL, 属于0.89-1.73 正常范围。
TSH W/RFX TO FREE T4 = 9.29 uIU/mL, 正常范围是0.178-4.53.
一周后重验再测，
Thyroxine, Free (FT4) =1.09 ng/dL,
TSH W/RFX TO FREE T4 = 6.35 uIU/mL,
问题：
需要进一步检测甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPO-Ab) 和 甲状腺蛋白抗体（ TgAb） 吗?
可以判断是何种类型的甲状腺功能减退？

上诊所取血样送检，结果如下：

T-3 Uptake: 33 (normal 22-35)
T-4 (Thyroxine), Total: 13.9 (normal 4.5-12.5)
Free T4 Index (T7): 4.5 (normal 1.4-3.8)
TSH, 3rd Generation: <0.01 (normal 0.4-4.5)
请问这各项指标中文叫什么?
病情严重么？
父亲回国机票在三月中旬，计划提前回国，可是又赶上春运。
能拖么？
老父感觉并无大恙，不过精神不如刚来那会了。

发帖数: 4 | 8 宝宝出生6个月了，某天突然发现脖子左边长了个疙瘩。去医院检查，说是甲状腺结节
，做了穿刺，良性。医生建议手术切掉，连同左侧甲状腺。我自己一个人带宝宝，现在
很担心，不知道为什么会得这个病，不知道是什么时候开始的，如果孕期结节就开始生
长了，会不会影响到宝宝呢？
怀孕前查出有桥本是甲状腺炎，没有结节，TSH偏高，开始吃thyroxine,孕期一直检测
TSH，FT4，控制在正常范围内，家庭医生告诉我这两项正常就没事。可是却长出了结节
，可见她说的不对。
医院的医生说有10%癌变的可能，可是却把我的手术推到3个月以后，只因为我现在的了
病毒性感冒。我是不是感冒好了以后该去请求他立即给我手术？如果他的时间排满了，
就换别的医生？因为真的不知道这个病是否很紧急。听说手术会伤到声带，之后相当长
的时间不能正常发音，是这样的吗？

你的thyroxine是正常的，TSH只高一点点，应该没问题的。

sensitive.
For Hypothyroidism-FT4 is the most sensitive while TSH and T4 are less
sensitive.
I am not good endocrinology. I think thyroxine should be referred as TT4. If
FT4(free T4) is not so bad, TSH could be normal. I think that conjugated T4
with thyroglobin might decrease in this patient, while FT4 might still be
normal which results in decreased T4 but normal TSH.

Next, a RAIU (radioactive iodine uptake) would be reasonable to DD Grave's,
toxic goiter/adenoma and others from thyroiditis.
Thyroiditis could be painful or painless. Painful thyroiditis is self-
limited. If have very obvious hyperthyrotoxic symptoms, can take propranolol
(it is a prescription med, check with your Doc before proceed) and NSAID
for pain control. Usually take several months to normalize. May check TSH in
