上面写着Office Code: 1010 (Bail:D),查了一下，没查出来1010是什么，也不知道会
怎么扣分。。。ticket上没有写罚多少钱。。。
Ticket的下面有这样一段，看着有点紧张：

发帖数: 334 | 7 今天终于人生完整了一下，从Minnesota回Iowa的路上，被pullover了。
限速70，一直开在80一上，一度开到90，而且在90的时候终于被警察逮到了，20 over
70。亏我一路很小心，一直看着前面后面有没有警察。我觉察情况不对，要减速的时候
，警灯已经亮了。警察叔叔后来说跟了我三麦，罚我168刀。
我是新司机，才开半年不到的车。朋友早跟我说过，我这么开，迟早要吃speeding
ticket的。只不过一直没有放在心上。
对于ticket本身，我不怨警察，反而谢谢他。吃了这张ticket，以后开车就会稳当很多
了，自己小命的安全系数应该会高很多。就当花钱买小命吧。
但是第一次吃ticket，完全不知所措，上来问问大家的意见。
首先我是从Hertz租的车。这点刚刚查过了，speeding ticket好像应该跟Hertz无关。
第二就是应对措施。我是FL的驾照，在Iowa吃的ticket。上庭日期是4.22号，那个时候
我已经不在Iowa了。但最近会在这边呆几天。
要不要趁这几天时间去court看看，能不能减点超速速度或者罚款金额？找律师这个方

warning,心里很不平衡，警察竟然撒谎，决定斗争到底。
第一次去法院，安排出庭时间。
今天正式出庭，准时到达，法院开张，人太多，法官说要挺长时间。本来想找那个不厚
道的警察理论理论，但是看来看去，没见着，就问来的一帮警察，他们也很不齿这个警
察的不厚道做法，一个警察开玩笑说，估计没脸来吧。一个警察问我，是不是申请了
continuance，就是延期审判，因为一般这样，警察就不会为一个人单独出庭，他们手
里都是3+的案子，一天来划算。我心里想，这个法子挺好，我怎么没想到，而且还是警
察自己泄露给我，今后可以用用。
这帮警察估计也是平时很无聊，来法院就像聚会一样，大家都很high,我就他们开了一
会玩笑。
寒暄过后，女法官出场，一个一个，成功率在50%。到我了，检察官看啦看，叫我到一
边说，你可以走了，我说，我要challenge the ticket， 他说，we dismissed the
ticket, and you are free to go. 那几个警察向我挤眉弄眼，估计是说， |

，这ticket到底应该怎么交呢？另外，外州来交，应该寄money order是么？但是如果
系统没有我的ticket记录，我寄了money order过去，会不会被人白白领走，仍然记录
不进系统？另外，我打算现在拿加州的驾照，这边非常严，不知道这个ticket对于我拿

行李推进机场离开了车两分钟。两周多过去了，刚按照ticket后面的电话打过去，是什
么court system，让输入ticket number，我输入了，却说这个ticket number不在他们
的电脑系统里，同时提醒说我会收到一封信件，然后可以pay penalty。
请问大家如果不小心拿了ticket，是不是一定回收到另外一封邮件，然后才需要付罚单
。我的case是不是警察没提交我的ticket？这个概率也太小了吧。谢谢了解情况的XDJM

发帖数: 5728 | 12 开了八年车，第一张speeding ticket去年从威斯康辛回芝加哥时候拿到，这几天到佛
罗里达，今天被警察开了三张。
事情经过，一号路往北开，从keys回迈阿密，距离迈阿密大约五十英里的地方，前面一
辆开的超慢的卡车，还冒着黑烟，限速是45，这辆车大约开35左右，很受不了卡车冒的
黑烟，趁着左边有一条lane并车的地方，一加油超过去，警车就在这里猫着，被指下。
警察开了两个warning，一个是超速12迈，另一个是不适合的时候换lane，开了一张
ticket，换lane不打灯，罚款166刀。和警察说了当时情况，全是事实，卡车又慢又冒
黑烟，超车之前的确是一路没超速，忍了很久，后面压了一排车了，超速时间最多几秒
，只是为了超过冒烟卡车，打灯的确是给了信号，但当时我的车子是租的，cruise
control和信号杆是并排着，迅速之间可能是碰了cruise control，还有不合适的情况
换lane，这个没办法，我已经被熏了个昏头胀脑了。
警察不叨叨，跟我说给你俩选择，要么按照2张警告一张ticket，要不就三张都是

发帖数: 532 | 13 今天上网准备pay近期一张parking ticket，结果令人惊讶的是系统里面有一张1月23日
（星期天）的overdue ticket，已经hearing complete了。
原因是在需要有permit的地方停车了,而且车里没有人也没有permit在dash board上。
（ticket上写的是法拉盛parking lot，当天是星期日混很久法拉盛，知道有些1层的车
位需要permit，我根本就不会停在那些地方。）
问题的关键是我车上从来没见到这张 Ticket，所以miss掉了hearing date.请问下大家
对这种莫名其妙的ticket应该去哪里 appeal?
没有原始ticket可以appeal么？ |

the determination was right or wrong, i.e., whether you should be held
liable for somebody else's ticket. The judge denied your motion to set aside
because you filed the motion outside the time limit. If you appeal, whether
the judge was correct in denying your motion will be the only issue in the
appeal. The validity of your ticket will never be an issue in the appeal.

第一次吃到要上庭的ticket,很紧张，希望有经验的人能帮助下。
事情是这样的：
今晚下了大雨，我路不熟悉，在新泽西35号公路某分叉路线发现走错了，于是我就打了
右转向灯并减速，试图转到右边出口的那条线路。这个时候我的车子在分岔路口那个白
色三角中间带有横线的区域（不好意思我不知道这个区域英文名是啥，有知道的希望也
能提供下），然后我回头想看后方是否有车的，结果这个时候看到一辆红车冲到出口右
侧护栏上。
对方司机下车怪我突然像右变道，再加上地面湿滑，他来不及刹车，想避让结果就撞到
护栏了。我的车和他的车并未相碰。我看了对方车，就是右大灯撞碎了，右侧引擎盖有
点变形破裂，对方安全气囊都没有爆出。
对方车上坐着2人，当时说they are fine, 人没事。但是警察来后，对方车副驾驶位乘
客说脖子有点疼，还是叫来了救护车。警察给了我一张careless drive ticket，要我

可是塞在车窗上的电子打印的ticket把我的车的state都打错了，，其他都是对的，，我是外地车(IN),结

那我需要交钱吗？还是错误的ticket只要邮寄回去写明ticket is defective的原因就
能waive掉？还是干脆就不用理他？

突然收到一封信，莫名其妙的ticket.
说我的车在3个月前，趴车在人家reserved zone,而且against traffic
一下子就是两张ticket.而且还是overdue的。
问题是第一我车上没见过那个ticket.第二之前也从来没收到过。
更重要的是，violation地点就在我家旁边几百米的地方。我是不可能跑那里停车的。
貌似只有一种可能，发ticket的人看错了车牌号？
这怎么办？是local citi的ticket.准备去问问，但是这东西想想看百口难辨阿。
有什么建议吗？ |

30)，但是 但是第二张真是非常冤。在40的路上，我跟着车流，大概50左右（甚至可能
还不到) ，我前面还有一辆车，我看空着一段，就跟上去，然后就路旁就突然窜出一辆
警车，我当时就心想死了，不会又是我吧....然后跟cop解释我是follow traffic，前
面还有一辆车也没用，条子就是开了，我当时一声不吭，条子就说，I know you are
upset, don't worry, they are very xxx(没听清楚，大概是说可能最后不会真罚的意
思), 我看到ticket上写着estimated，显然条子也没有用测速仪器
第一次吃非parking ticket，请问大伙该怎么办？我觉得第二张appeal掉的可能性比较
大，但因为有前一张ticket在，不知道会不会给法官印象我是个惯犯？两张ticket上写
的court code是不一样的，是不是表示不是同个法庭处理？如果不是同个法庭处理估计
还好，就怕同个法庭，两天两张ticket，就不好用第一次犯来请求原谅了......

拿手机照了几张照片。找地方坐下了。法庭警察开始讲话，大意是，不许照相,video，
不许玩手机，没读instruction的赶紧读一下 (不清楚具体他用的什么词，就是一页写
有你的权利的纸)，法官会问你读没读过。你要读过才能继续。还有一些比如请翻译什
么的。
这里需要介绍一下背景。加州政府缺钱，每个ticket都是好几百。你有三个选择，
guilty, no contest 和 contest。 guilty 和 no contest 基本一样，就是交钱。不
一样的是，no contest不算认罪，只不过是你懒得和他们理论了。contest的话，法院
要传票(sbupoana)警察，警察这次是不在的，要再约时间，你赢了的话就没事了，输的
话交全额罚款，而且不能上traffic school。有一点很好，不管赢输，不用交额外传票

个redlight ticket，验证地址时问的是我们7年前住的地址。对方直接问我要不要付掉
，说不马上付就会有记录在我们信用卡报告上！我本来就给这个电话弄得云里雾里，因
为LD的电话号码是2年多前才弄得，几乎没有在网上用过，也不知他们怎么得到的。而
我自己的电话已经从7年前就开始用了，所有对外号码都是我的。后来问对方要了
ticket 号，到我们的city hall online pament网站上一查，竟然真的有我这么一个
ticket! $85
有几个问题：
1）网上查了那个号码，很多留言都说是骗子，但他们给的号的确查到了；
2）目前还有打电话给city hall 确认，问题是5年前的ticket，我是否要问他们要证据
，说实在的我连ticket影子也没见啊？
如果有ticket 也应该寄给我们不是？
那个agency 问我们要目前的地址也给了，目前2周了，也没有任何帐单寄来。而且只问
了我们路名和州名，连几号/apt都没问。

何标志说不能停车就把车停那，然后人走了。
两小时后回来看到一张罚单在我的wiper blade下随风飘舞，大煞风景。 心里想，为什
么会招来这个飞来横祸呢，我车没停错啊。
一看罚单才知道NJ有一条法律-》(39:4-138e)， Improper parking within 25 ft. of
crosswalk. 在NJ住了这么多年都不知道这个，惭愧啊。 看了看我的车停离人行道大
概15ft 左右， 唉，老子认了，当天就去交钱，做个有错就改的守法者。
几个礼拜后，相继收到两张从Passaic Municipal Court 发来的信，上面说我有两张罚
单没交，要加罚。 本来$54一张罚单现在变成$64,两张就是$128. 当时在想，有没有搞
错，我已经交了钱还要我付。上网查了下罚单资料，发现当天我一共收到3张罚单，而3
张罚单的时间都在一个小时内。
我当时心里很不爽，不能白给钱给政府，于是立刻打电话去预约上庭要把这两张罚单给

发帖数: 20 | 23 前段时间去黄石的时候，在一个热喷泉的parking lot没找到位置，我家猪头就follow
别人把车停到了parking lot拐弯的一棵树下（有很多找不到位置的车也都停在那里）
。等我们从景点出来的时候，公园里面的ranger早就等在那里，一见我们立马给我们开
了一张ticket，说的是"stopping or parking in roadway"。我们和他解释一律无效。
回来后我们上网查了，发现问题很严重。国家公园的ticket都是federal ticket，
speeding啊，obstructing traffic（我们这个ticket属于这类）什么的都算轻罪（
class B misdemeanors）。我们怕的不行，因为都是学生，怕这个ticket会进犯罪记录
，影响以后的工作以及绿卡申请。。。
因为我们的地方里黄石实在太远也不方便飞过去上庭。而且上庭的结果也未可知。所以
向大家求教现在该如何办？另外，这个ticket会进入犯罪记录影响以后的绿卡申请码？

你能把前面的那张ticket给我消了我就跟上车流走。

personB). The tickets seemed OK originally. I paid almost $1000. Then
yesterday I found the tickets were cancelled somehow. I called AA and AA
told me the tickets were cancelled due to the bad check. ( I guess the guy (
PersonB) bought the tickets via "bill me later". I contacted personA to

最近很是倒霉，1月份吃了一张speed ticket，当时夜里一点，路上车很少，在一个下
坡路，看见前面的signal灯是绿灯，所以没有踩刹车，限速40的路开55，给了一张100
的罚单。这是第一次吃ticket，所以要求上庭argue，安排在5月上庭。
昨天又吃了一张 fail to yield 的ticket。在麻州，一个TOWN CENTER，traffice
time. 前面的那辆车开的很慢，大概20码左右，我的车跟的比较近。在一个十字路口，
对面有个行人刚要过马路，但还在对面的lane，没有走到中间或者我这边的lane。前面
的车没有刹车慢慢开过去了，我也就跟着开过去了。
然后警察就把我跟前面那辆车都pull over了，给了我一张200的罚单。

去，直接买parking放到车里，才发现有ticket了，晕啊，看时间是我们前脚刚走警察
叔叔就来了。还冤大头的买了3个小时parking。 罢了，那就过时了也不交了，反正
ticket在那儿。
结果晚上出来，天杀的竟然有两张ticket了，第二张写的而是那个三小时过期的理由~~
早知道就不放那3个小时的parking了
可是有点不讲道理啊，你都给ticket了，那我们要是都不买那3个小时，不就是一张

两个月前在康州95S上吃了张ticket, 85/65, 本来一直开75, 嘿嘿, 当时那段是下坡,
没太注意,速度一下子上去了.等我发现了赶紧减速时, 旁边冲出辆警车就把我pull
over了. Ticket是$294. 我先是plea no guilty把ticket寄回去了(ticket后面只有pay
the amount due和plea no guilty两个选项). 半个月后要出庭. 还请对康州speeding
ticket有点经验的兄弟姐妹不吝赐教. 康州是否可以要求deferred adjudication或要
求上traffic school什么的减点? 还有超多少在康州才会涨保险的点? 在上庭前和上庭

I went through the lengthy telephone automated service, it indicted that if
I pay the bail amount, my tickets will be closed and DMV will be informed.
Does that mean I admit guilty if I pay today? It has been more than two
months and I have not got any mail regarding this ticket.

These tickets are one day left over from city pass, which including three
days hopper tickets with one day early bird. We have not used the early

你第一次 或 第2 次 根本 见不到 法官， ticket 上 说 出庭 实际上 是见 警方的
人， 检察官吧。 第一次 我去 他让我 交钱 认罪， 我 不同意， 我说 要出庭， 给
我 安排了 日期， 好像 几个 月 后了， 到了时间， 我 一去， 根本没法官， 还是
上次的 检察官， 同一个人， 他说 看了我的 记录，以前没有坏的记录，（ 其实 我
得过一张 ticket 的）， 他说 只要我 出 $50 出庭 费， 就 dismiss 我得 ticket，
真是 穷疯了 抢钱， 我实在不想 浪费 时间， 交钱走人。
这种 ticket， 你不用认， 你就坚持 让警察 拿出 证据来， 证明你当时能 换线，
如果没证据， 你不要让步。
现在 不知怎么 搞得， 你根本就不知道 那次 是 出庭 见法官， 好像 现在

第一次吃到要上庭的ticket,很紧张，希望有经验的人能帮助下。
事情是这样的：
今晚下了大雨，我路不熟悉，在新泽西35号公路某分叉路线发现走错了，于是我就打了
右转向灯并减速，试图转到右边出口的那条线路。这个时候我的车子在分岔路口那个白
色三角中间带有横线的区域（不好意思我不知道这个区域英文名是啥，有知道的希望也
能提供下），然后我回头想看后方是否有车的，结果这个时候看到一辆红车冲到出口右
侧护栏上。
对方司机下车怪我突然像右变道，再加上地面湿滑，他来不及刹车，想避让结果就撞到
护栏了。我的车和他的车并未相碰。我看了对方车，就是右大灯撞碎了，右侧引擎盖有
点变形破裂，对方安全气囊都没有爆出。
对方车上坐着2人，当时说they are fine, 人没事。但是警察来后，对方车副驾驶位乘
客说脖子有点疼，还是叫来了救护车。警察给了我一张careless drive ticket，要我
