美國國家航空航天局（NASA）的哈勃太空望遠鏡（Hubble Space Telescope）拍攝到，
兩個星系經碰撞合而為一，形成結狀結構的罕見景象，猶如太空中的兩條繩索打結。
NASA表示，這個由兩個星系合併而成的新星系被命名為NGC2623或ARP243，因外形像兩
條繩索打結，所以又被稱為宇宙結（cosmic knot）。它位於巨蟹座，距離地球大約2億
5,000萬光年。
NGC2623的外形之所以如此特殊，是因為兩個星系發生猛烈碰撞，並在隨後進行合併而
成。
在猛烈的撞擊過程中，兩星系內的宇宙氣體被壓縮和翻攪，因而形成許多新星，並發出
耀眼的藍光。它們聚集在NGC2623的中心以及由星塵和氣體形成的彎曲軌跡上，此曲線
被稱為潮尾（tidal tail）。
這些「尾巴」從一端至另一端的距離是5萬光年。很多年輕、炙熱的新恆星形成明亮的

老公是绝对拥有远大志向，刚结婚时在日本有一份稳定体面的工作，人家非要去美国读

三年一晃而过，期间也有了孩子，我更是计划着今年回美国，能生老二就生，没有就找
工作，毕竟我在美国也拿了个硕士，谁想，上天还是不垂怜我们，可能认为我们受的罪
还不够多吧，那个日本单位的总部今年不招新人了，老公必须重新发简历，找工作。从

生完二宝快半年了，感觉好像一个阶段的任务结束了，开始考虑接下来的目标。

也是倾向于上私立的，但是私立实在选择少，又实在贵（一年2万的样子，还不包括A+

我们想搬到华人多，歧视少，但是生活开销又不会太过昂贵的地方？ 有没有啥好的建
议？

1. 是买手动还是电动，买什么牌子的：
我的Plan是明确说cover电动的，但没说牌子。我在edgepark的网站上也没有找到
medela，后来打电话过去问的时候客服跟我说有medela的，而且只有市面上有的model,
他们都可以提供，后来才挑了freestyle。我当时担心保险不会cover这么贵的pump,担
心自己还要掏一部分钱。后来的事实证明，如果自己要付一些费用，Edgepark不会在你
付之前寄奶泵给你的。所以，万一有什么问题，最坏的情况就是取消order就是了。
2. 生小孩之前还是之后买pump： 这个取决于保险公司和supplier，还是自己打电话过
去问最靠谱，当然可能不同的客服给的回复会不一样。我的经验是，如果碰到某个特别
好的客服，什么都说可以，一定要把她的名字记下来。这样下次再打电话，相当于有一

不知道是不是mmr+flu shot太强了，礼拜四打的，礼拜六就发croup住了院，当时是呼
吸都困难了，医生说是virus infection，给了类固醇的药。礼拜天discharge，回家还
是不好，昨天又去了ER，在ER发烧100.6，现在中性粒细胞（neutrophils）跌到100，
正常值是1300-7500，免疫系统很弱，病房门口贴条说让进出都洗手，有病戴口罩。医
生跟我说，这种是rare case， 一般小娃打了类固醇，很快就会好，现在5天都没好，
而且还发烧，情况不大好。而且今天的血指标比昨天还低，明天会让血液专科的过来看。
我当时眼睛就红了，医生一走，对着还蹦蹦跳跳的娃就哭了，女儿看见我掉眼泪，眼睛
瞪得大大地看着我，然后做小眼睛朝我笑，拿着故事书给我让我讲。
当时就想，要是娃有点什么事，我也不要活了。只要她好起来，让我怎么都行。

arts, history, science and techonogy.
Sure you can bring him to the White House (need prior registration) or
Capitol Hill if you want. But a walk around the Reflecting Pool or the
Tidal Basin might be more entertaining for your son.
If you like hiking, Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks could be a good
choice. You can even rent a cabin there for a couple of days or bring your
own tent for camping purposes.

的 facts 本身更感兴趣。比如一个 topic 是“How the moon created”，小孩
貌似兴趣程度还可以。
潮汐锁定（tidal lock）这个概念貌似还有些难度，其实有几个 topic 里面出现
这个概念了，也是天文学上的重要概念，但是娃貌似没有兴趣也不能理解。以后再
说吧。。。 |
