to check into the system but only gave me "pending", while others are nicer
to provide more information. So try more times if you unlucky. |

，先是tier1接的，说什么都不能告诉，然后我要求转tier2，留言。2个小时后tier 2
call back。还比较nice，但是什么都不告诉，最后只说已经assign 给 officer了，目
前在final stage，如果30-45天没有消息，再打回来查询。求bless， 尽快拿到绿卡，
马上就要失业了。 |

态度不错，问case已经给IO了吗？让等待，她去pull资料，告诉我上周五我的case被
touch了，然后问BC和NC？让等待，pull资料，没有明确告诉我有没有完成。
不知道是不是好消息？

小弟485pending 4个月了， 由于心急， 上周五连续打了三次tier 2的电话：
第一次，是一个女的， 问她name check过了没， 她说不能告诉我，是internal
secret, 又问她
assigned to IO没， 她说从RD那天起，就assign了， 像是忽悠我；然后就挂电话了；
第二次， 是个男的， 态度很好， 不过说也不能告诉我name check 是否过了， 但是
说已经assigned 了， 问他多久能出来， 他是TSC的进度是到去年九月， 所以还要等
一段时间；
第三次， 是个女的， 态度很差，告诉我如果还是原来的问题， 不管打多少次电话，
都不会告诉我， 看来打tier2 是有记录的；
不知道一天打三次，是否会影响我的批准？ 大家给个经验。

days after I received the reply from them regarding the service request,
saying that my case is under extended review) and is assigned to an officer
and is at the stage of final adjudication. He also said I should expect to
receive a letter with instructions by the end of April.
Blessings for those who are also waiting anxiously.

pending ＦＢＩ name check。 今早给tier２打电话， 是个很nice的人，告诉我
说uscis在２月１７号收到了我的backgourd check results， 现在在review这个
results。 我问这意味什么，是我的case已经assign给了officer还是只是在review这
个backgroud check的结果。 他说你等一下，我要到另一个系统里查一下。 过了一
会儿说：我现在不能给你一个确切的答复，不能告诉你是否已经assign给了officer
（是不知道还是不能说？？？）但我可以帮你做个sr，十五天之内会给你答复告诉你是
否assign给了officer。
这个电话再次证明了很多人的猜测，所谓backgroud check pending根本不是一直在
check，只是uscis没把你的case送出去而已。 做sr，联系议员都有可能触动
backgroud check的开始。
希望这个月能有好消息,也祝福那些还是pending的战友们 |

发帖数: 682 | 45 终于打通了tier 2电话，那边说我刚做了SR，显示说在等140 approval (SR回复如下)
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicate your
application is currently pending and has been pre-adjudicated. Final review
by an officer is dependent upon approval of the Form I-140 as well as visa
availability based on your category and priority date.
然后问我要了I-140 approval date and I140 receipt #，说是给我file a note写了
140已批，两个星期内会给我寄封信之类的。。。这个SR回复是模板吧，系统里面难道
还不知道我140批没批？然后我问background check有没有结束，那边不回答我，只是
