Zhonggai has "willingness" to report bad ERs just because they secretly plan
to go private. A bad ER would also have big bad impact on company. Nobody
is stupid, especially it involves big money.

野驴攻防俱佳，一马当先，至少应该当个superbowl runnerup。

i首先无论是playoff还是常规赛，加时赛规则基本相同，区别只在对于playoff（包括
巨碗），there is no tie. A tie won't end a playoff game. It continues to
play as many 15 minutes as needed until a sudden death or a winner is
decided for a playoff game.
