打算 6/25 走Baldy 11-Peaks。
难度： 以标准 Echo Mountain （终点是Hotel废墟）为1.0，以Mt.Baldy登顶为5.0（
最高），则此次hiking难度约相当于10. 因为这个难度关系， 参加者只限制一起
爬过山， 或认识的人。
基本线路简介：
早上5点从Ice House Canyon trailhead 集合出发， 走½ mile之后往南切， 走
Falling Fall Canyon (x-country) 到第一个峰Sugarloaf Peak （#1）， 上到山脊线
到Ontario Peak （#2）， 再到Big Horn Peak （#3）。 从Big Horn Peak cross country SE ridge 连接 trail 到 Cumcamonga Peak （#4）， 然后沿着山脊走到

校。
原来看了deercreek区域的房子，发现新是新，但是附近修了一些apartment，估计
deercreek的学区评分肯定会降低了以后。
在edmond老区看了kickingbird区域，房子是喜欢，就是承受得起的都被人买走了，剩
下的太大太贵。
kelly Lake区域，也就是cross timber小学的东边，似乎有很多去年今年建好的房子在
买，价格大小都很合适，就是不知道这块会不会有什么陷阱 |

acre.
land for timber is about 1.2k per acre.
but every 20 year. you can sell the timber on your land and a net income
about 2k per acre. so basically the land is free.
that's why most people don't want sell their land unless they went bankrupt.
