VIX指数本身就是spy option价格的衍生物。
不是说太神秘所以不玩： 如果是我， 要玩绝对玩spy的option，或者ES;
VIX是spy put／call option的平均价格指数, VXX 是VIX futures的指数， UVXY是VXX
的2X; UVXY还有option， 好玩吧？

其实chart是分形 同样的set up在各种timeframe上都是一样的
看daily chart TA做几个月周期的从某种意义上说跟dt 5mins chart是一样的 但问题
是daily chart TA你的时间成本太太太大了 |

1. 进入熊市了吧？
看你是看什么图操作 5分钟图？那已经崩了不知道多少回了
月线图? 谁说是熊市那是真的眼瞎了。。。
日线图？也就是个大调整而已
2. 那怎么样算熊市？
跌倒180一下 你觉得可能吗？ 当然可能 但10%可能性？
3. 要是还跌咋办？割不割？
你来炒股最起码得有点基本功 你有没有止损？没有止损？难道你觉得你是巴菲？
有止损？那答案不是很简单
我猜很多人的问题是知道应该设止损 但不知道怎么合理的设止损 这是个大学问 也是
基本功 不下功夫学还是别炒股了
4. 抄底不？
个股我不评价 如果你打算hold几年 spy任何时候都是抄底机会 这个时候当然是啊
比较合理、简单的办法就是buy above a good bull day
5. 烧不？
牛市不做空
熊市不做多
烧不烧很重要的一点是你操作的timeframe
daily chart？烧的风险越来越大
monthly chart? 傻瓜才烧
hourly chart? 应该可以
5 min chart? 随时准备 一天可以有多个体位

熊市能不能在发生前预测我不知道 我觉得有点像跳大神
一般情况下 当你确认是熊市的时候 你已经在半山腰了
既然说要确认是熊市 你一般得有个点位 破了这个位 起码技术上进入熊市了
如果spy跌不破180 对我来说仍然是牛市 我长线的仓位只有spy
不跌破180我会持续买进
如果真的跌破180 我就全仓止损认输 很简单
不过我认为spy在你我有生之年应该不会进入月线级别的熊市
怎么操作就难说了 大家的timeframe不一样
长线怎么操作我都已经说了啊 哪天只要高调收绿 尾盘就买买买 别一下子全买 逐步建仓
有些时候高调收绿可能是bull trap 比如本周一那样的 但如果你长线按年计 那种trap
根本不影响你买进
一直这样买下去 最后你会买到类似2/9号那样的定海神针
然后就没有然后了
起码等到了新高take profit吧
这样一个cycle你算算赚了多少
赚多少其实是次要的 重要的是这是大概率赚钱的trade
长线操作的问题就是这种机会太少
你看daily chart操作 一生也不过十几 几十次而已？
