timeframe,结果NSC马上就把4个月变成了9月18号。估计SR要直接被打回来了。 |

过电话，被告知已经assigned to an officer, 但什么时候批没有timeframe。看到版
上有人说扫号表面NSC已经处理到六月中了，就很郁闷自己五月的还没批。。。看到TSC
也有三四月的也在等待，想知道NSC有没有这样的case
求bless，求移民官不要把我的case垫在茶杯底下。。。

发帖数: 472 | 6 这个没办法。但是你不知道什么时候fbi已经申完了不是？所以uscis给议员的答复说是
６０天就是＂估计＂fbi应该能在这个timeframe里办完事。所以到了６５天左右你就要
通过议员再捅一捅uscis的菊花，让他们再探探你的case. |

退，这个月我的又current了， 所以file了relink。 现在老公的也current了， 他的
律师催他要材料发485. 我们可以file两份吗？ 这样做有什么风险吗。工作不太稳定，
所以想是不是应该再做一遍，双保险。

现NSC进度比TSC要快，查了一下TSC/NSC processing timeframes发现Eb1a I140明显
NSC快啊，为什么律师会选择TSC处理的呢？ 大家有什么高见么？ |

“I spoke with the TSC and your files were assigned to an officer yesterday.
Unfortunately, they could not give me a timeframe as they don’t know how
busy the office is. I will follow up with them again in a few weeks.”
请问这是什么意思啊？“assigned to an officer”是说background check结束了么？
请有经验的前辈解答！ |

之后是漫长的等待，15年3月份发现out of processing timeframe，于是做SR，结果SR
根本没人理我，说是4月1号之前给消息，到了四月份连一封信一个email都没收到。然
后给senator写信，回复说USCIS正在处理，要等60天。60天后收到RFE，体检已经过期
，于是重新体检。新的体检表I－693在7月底上交。再之后

绿卡寄出 9／17／2015
收到绿卡 9／21／2015

Some really lucky guys got their approval in 3 months (or shorter), and some
really really unlucky guys have been waiting for over a year.

sign it!!! I put my letter at the end of this post.Keep a copy of the signed
letter.
3. send your request letter and copy of the case receipt via usps certified
mail with receipt (多了张绿色小卡片，是USCIS要盖章寄回给你的回执，表示他们收
到你的信了) to the address of the service center on your receipt.

timeframe正常处理时间以内。不知道这种情况可以不可以电话tier1 and tier2去查询

接。我都收到绿卡后一个多月他们还不知道我绿了呢。现在基本上还在一个reasonable

。看到很多tsc比我们交的晚的都已经绿了，所以现在不淡定了。急需绿卡找工作啊，
ead只给了一年，明年一月份就到期了。好担心这种临时的ead会影响找工作。
昨天看到nsc的processing timeframe已经到10月2号了，打了uscis的客服，客服说让
我一个月后再打电话，晕倒。无奈只能在网上做了个case inquiry. 同时约了月底的
infopass，准备死马当活马医了。
等待绿卡的过程太煎熬了，求大家的祝福，也祝愿一同煎熬的小伙伴们早绿！ |

。1月20
日得到上次SR的回复，说我的案子到了adjudication offer手里，60天内会有实际行动
。但是，现在60天已过，还是毫无进展，我刚想再做一次SR，但律师刚刚给我发信说，
她看到60天没动静已经又给我做了一个follow up inquiry，并解释说那不是SR，说“
NCSC follow up is the next level in the inquiry process. ”，21天内会得到一
个回复，建议在那之前不要再做SR，否则或许会有副作用反而使案子变慢。
结果律师的NCSC follow up很快（5天）就得到了回复：“Based on your inquiry, we
have reviewed the status of your case and found that it remains under
