每个R+账号里不管几条线，自动转到Ting仍然是一个账号。
每个Ting账号只有35刀credit， 第一个月也能用35刀credit，其他的需要现付。
所以一个账号多条线转到Ting很不划算。
解决办法？
把其他的线都转走，一个账号只留一条线转到ting。
其他线分开转到Ting也有35刀credit。 每个账号必须有不同的email和信用卡。

一个账号一条线，可以等Ting帮你自动转。等转完了，Ting会通知你去激活。
一个账号多条线，最好自己转。
还有一件是就是不是所有的ringplus号码都能转到ting的sprint网。

我看了很多内容 主要是ringplus论坛上那个主帖子
所以 分享一下内容 这样大家不会总说相同的信息 当然这些信息并没有最后敲定
每个email account能得到至少35。如果你一个email下所有的线加起来top up超过35，那
么超过的部分按每月5刀返还给你。
其实相当于拿top up trade in ting credit（verizon trade in iphone 分期返还这
种感觉），所以credit还要付税费，虽然top up已经是税后的了。
如果你有多个email account，那么你应该可以之后找客服合并账户和credit（能不能
合并credit这个目前有点模糊）,如果credit能合并也仅针对r+转入用户，需要验证“
mobile personality”。
如果依然是分开各个账户，很可能需要不同的卡和billing address。
现在每个n线ringplus account已经创建了对应的n线ting account。
到时候，你需要提供信用卡和同意tos才能激活ting的服务。

发帖数: 364 | 4 我的sprint iphone4s两年合约这个月到期了，由于不想换手机也不想再入family plan
，所以一心想换成prepaid plan。曾考虑过tmobile h2o和版上很火的pageplus等等，
最后无奈地发现sprint的iphone 4s原来是个大坑，即使unlock了在美国也不能用除了S
家的其他任何公司的服务。幸好经过询问后发现还有一家便宜又可用的prepaid:ting，
这是一家用sprint家网络的MVNO，也貌似是S家的4s除了卖掉和带回国外的唯一好去处。
我先去ting家官网看了一下，它家网址做的还不错，至少能看出来所有可用于ting的手
机，用自带的和新买都行，还好，iphone 4s在里面，它家网址上还有个输入自己的手
机ESN号检查是否可用的功能，不错。然后我就注册了一个账号（虽然事后证明如果通
过别人的链接点进去注册可以多挣25刀的话费，不过算了），按照网页上的提示一步步
地点了下去，操作非常简便，唯一要注意的就是如果要保留以前的手机号的话，需要输
入一些原先账户的信息，这个是你原先plan的户主信息，不一定是你本人的信息。

第二天接到ting接盘的消息，就给truphone客服打电话叫停转号码。
把几个号码分开转到ting，可是转了几天都不成功。
ting总说正在转，要到2/14才能成功。
我觉得很奇怪，就给truphone打电话，原来号码已经转到truphone，
但truphone的自动系统也出了问题，没有给我激活。
然后ting又申请转号码，我在ting申请的是从R+转，
可是ting竟然找到truphone去转，竟然truphone也同意release号码。
了解情况后，果断取消了转往ting，放弃1个月试用了。
现在3个号码都在truphone激活了。暂时告一段落。
准备再从truphone转到FP，用FP的premium voice。 从R+退下来的手机已经都在FP激活
了。

转过去后，自动就加到existing的账户里去了，也没提示要我新建帐户。然后今天一看
那些credit全没了。online chat说如果从ringplus转过去，就只能用他们的$35,以前
的credit不能给了。
用完这$35再也不会跟Ting打交道了。
提醒想要转过去的人，记住一定要新建ting账户。现在我的$100credit要不回来了。打
了一次电话去问了一下，结果ting现在把我的手机号码block了。。。头一次遇到这样

what do you do now? Here is what I do.
1. Do NOT bao (call) ting.
once you bao ting, you cannot change cards. your potential additional benefit is at
most 6 points but you might pao, then you lose big. Not worth it.

Ting的计划的确是俺见过的设计最聪明的，简单地说，就是一个矩阵布局，
分钟数分成0， 100m, 500m, 1000m等几档
txt也分成0，100，1000， 2000等几档
data分成0， 100MB, 500MB, 1G, 2G等几档
你随便选个计划，最后月底结算的时候按你真正落在那个区就收那个钱。比如，
你都选0/0/0，最后用了120分钟，800条txt，101M data，那么最后就俺500分钟收费（
9块），1000txt(5块）和500M数据（13块），可能你觉得101M数据收500M的钱感觉有点
亏，（100M档只要3块钱），但这几乎是最坏的情况了。相比pageplus，如果你爆了
500M数据，怎么地都要多交500M*$0.1/M = $50块了

条件。让它所有MNVO中大概是最贵的一个去接盘。反正TING是暴利，套住一个算一个。
万一有几个TOPUP上百的，不舍得马上走，头一个月35块之后每月只能用5块的CREDIT，

取消吗？手动转不是立即好，不想在不方便的时候给我中断服务了。

usage好像已经算上了。
两个问题求clarify
1.TING不是那种给allowance的prepaid对吧？我没找到能设用量额度的地方，感觉是自
动按usage算帐，求确认
2.如果想到时候从ting转到fp, 是从tingport out还是直接cancel？fp好像不能port
in 号码的吧？如果想接着用这个电话，是不是得先cancel ting让他release这个电话
才行？

给的信息是Ting登录后里面给的信息
晚上收到cricket邮件说order取消了，原因是we were unable to verify the
information provided. Please visit a cricket store.
我到ting网上找客服，客服说他们看到cricket request了一次port information
verification, 然后他们verify了所有信息都正确，还发了confirmation，然后就看到
cricket取消了porting
然后打cricket客服，说了半小时，找我要号码问了十多次，最后给了她order number
，她就把我收到的那封邮件又给我读了一遍，说她其他的啥都不知道，也啥都不能干。
请问有谁最近从ting转到了cricket的吗。请问到底是ting的问题还是cricket不靠谱？
难道是cricket想赖掉今天还有的$50 port in credit? |

带号从ting转cellnuvo
确实不用管ting，直接在cellnuvo点“get started”开始操作，一步步按提示进行，
很容易。输入refer code，check out进入账户dashboard，会让提交port in的信息，
这个时候再去ting找account number和pin填进去。
顺利的话一天之内就能转完。
如果遇到问题，比如我转的时候cellnuvo服务器出了问题，port data没法提交，可以
email给[email protected]/* */或者[email protected]/* */，一两小时就会回信。打客服电
话转语音信箱，online chat总不开放，也挺囧的。

我在post refer link 到 mitbbs 之前还特意打电话问过Ting，是不是可以在网上贴
refer link （没有提mitbbs），
得到的答复是肯定的，我才贴的。结果，Ting把所有在mitbbs 上出现的refer ID 全办
了。

激活
了。我再取消了其中一个device的plan, signed up for fp, 然后也不能激活。今天收
到信去authenticate, 发现Ting不认昨天的swap.
现在我用以前的信息把两个账户都转过去了，目前似乎只是让建了Ting 的账户，
里面看不见device. 据说需要等15分钟，网页上才会显示device。
现在，signed up for fp 的那个手机，已经许了两家人，不知道在哪里能激活。现在
想离开Ting也不知道如何操作，因为账户里还看不见device. |

流程非常简单，完全不用电话或者online chat，全部可以自己搞定。
直接在Cellnuvo的网站port in，所有需要的信息（其实就是一个account #
和pin），登录Ting的账号后都能在里面自己找到（找port out的信息）。
弄完等Cellnuvo的email确认成功，然后update手机的prl和profile就好了。
切记，先弄Cellnuvo这边，不用在Ting那边做任何事。等到这边弄好了，再
去Ting那边，会看到line已经inactive了。然后你再close账号什么的。这个
根本不急，甚至可以不close。大家担心的不过是信用卡信息而已，反正我是
看不到任何理由你所有的line都inactive了它还charge你什么。
转到其他carrier，也可以照此办理。
