买了Samsung 840 250G 带tool 和 kit的，准备更新2011 MBP。需要工具有：
sata to USB cable (copy HDD to SSD),screwdriver set （除去最普通的philips
set，一定要有 Torx T6）
1）PC的话直接用三星附带的软件就可以，不过三星的SSD对Mac的支持显然不够，附带
软件不支持Mac，firmware的Mac版本更新也很麻烦。先把SSD连到 PC上更新一下
firmware再装到Mac上的。不过不少人反映，update后， SSD性能并没有改进：

刚刚收到了我的dream offer， 比预期的低一点，但是估计还能讲讲。 不行也就从了。
面试三轮， 第一轮HR， 第二轮HM phone， 第三轮onsite，见了HM， HR，和四个MD。
两星期没有消息，以为没戏了， 今天收到HR口头offer。
我的背景是Corp Finance/strategy。10+ 经验。
去年下岗，断断续续有面试。 今年开始做了contractor job。骑猪找马。
几点tips给experience hire。
1. 朋友refer很重要， 我的60%interview都是refer的。
2. recruiter要找好，去年我第一个dream offer都已近查reference了，结果
recruiter把我

DO:
- Act relaxed, even if you aren't. If you come off as stiff, it will hurt
you.
- Smile and laugh during your interview.
- Say ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ as much as possible...but don't make a

lbs ago.

去氧化层，由于有一个氧化削尖效应（oxidation sharpening），最后得到的tip最尖
可以到几十纳米。

情况，那我就直接买个sink tip line. 这种line是有30ft的，一体的，也好cast。 |

发帖数: 5042 | 18 是的，特别情况下，就是要一体化的了。我有一根，但tip部分也就10-15ft。一体化的
好处就是力量传递得很好，抛得比较远。而sink tip，由于floating线前端也是渐变细
的，会有力量传递不好的问题，抛投远的时候比较费劲。一般钓三纹鱼等不需要抛很远
，因此一体化和分开的使用起来差别不大。
单手杆可能不需要配T14，配T8/T11甚至更轻的足够了。 |

今天去了一个店。店主告诉了我他的接法，应用在他附近的钓点。
5wt/7wt floating line + 4' instant sink tip+ 7.5' 3x or 4x leader
他说关键是整体快速下沉，但又不能形成U。所以他都选短的，沉的组合。
那个instant sink tip是 3.5"/s, class III. 过两天，我试试。同时，再多请教些别人。 |

但是其他相邻的model years 甚至其他类似models可能用一模一样的part. tip 就是找
到OEM part catalog. 然后找出那些models 用这个part.
比如我找2003 acura CL 的clockspring 找不到。然后我上acuraoemparts.com 找出其
part number. 然后用这个part number to search the catalog, 发现2003 CL和2002-
03 TL 使用相同的part. 这样找这个part就容易得多。 |

1.8月4号，我曾经提到当日小时线上可以看出要大涨，因为是日内圆弧，后面跟着拉起

2.今天，这个模式再次经典上演，不过不是小时线，是15分钟线。这个15分钟线的效果

1. Use compatible engine oil. The only oil which meets the German formula I
can find from local store is Mobil 1 synthetic 0W-40.
2. It seems German are not good at making the rubber or plastic parts last
longer. So be prepared for oil and coolant leak after 75K miles if you don't
replace the valve cover gasket, camshaft seals, thermostat o-ring, coolant
