发帖数: 97 | 1 自从 Groupon 的模式被大家接受，现在出现了很多 Daily Deal 的网站。其中有些网
站非常不错，例如 LivingSocial, Tipper, Twongo 等等。另外 facebook 和 google
也开始进入这个市场。
我自己做了一个网站，Aggregate 了 200 多个 Daily Deal Source，例如 Groupon,
LivingSocial 等等。同时有了 100 多个城市。以后 Source 和 City 还会不断增加。
现在网站有了首批用户，但感觉这个市场应该还有很多用户，因为要 sign up 很多
Daily Deal 网站的 Email 不如在一个网站看所有的 Daily Deal。
想请教有没有人有 effective 的网站推广经验。谢谢了！

这里一起回一下：
1、是用 Ruby on Rails 做的
2、这个网站不和 Groupon 竞争，它 Aggregate 了 Groupon 所有的 Daily Deal，同
时也包括了 Living Social、Twongo、Tipper 等等网站的 Deal。现在有 280 多个
source，并且很快会增加 Facebook Deals 和 Google Offers
3、第一步先不考虑赚钱，如果对用户有用，以后自然有办法。
另外，今天刚刚增加了地图查找模式，站务不让发链接。感兴趣的话，看我的头像，自己到网站里找吧。

比如我们，只要不给脸色看，再烂的服务也有15%，中规中矩的就20%，其它的就看服务
和心情了。如果聊天时间长了，误了人家翻台，还会翻倍小费。不是特别慷慨那种，但
小费下限绝对稳定。
但是华人服务生的通病就是势利，不像白人服务生，哪怕心里可能真瞧不起你，但嘴上
脸上做的绝对到位。
老中就是，一看白人就眉开眼笑，一看老中或者尼哥，脸就拉下来，服务自然不必多说
。我也不知道好面子的老中是怎么落下MEAN TIPPER的群体印象。
这样的结果就是，像我们这种舍得TIP的，自觉被B4了，自然不会太慷慨，然后下次服
务就更烂，如此循环。最后就是服务生拿不到好小费，顾客也没吃的很开心。 |

说白了就是打着他名字筹来的钱。他大概出几个million作为启动资金，剩下的就是名

fly line 是有重量的，然后从fly line 到leader, tipper, 逐渐变细。最后接fly.
这些组合要很match，才能cast 出优美的loop, 最后也才能把loop展开，把fly落在目
标区。
clouser的眼睛要足够重，fly在水里才能翻过来，钩尖朝上。但是它太重，cast的时候
，你既能感觉到线的重量，也能感觉到头上的clouser。那个感觉和cast 海钓的另一个
常用fly，deceiver, 是很不一样的。另外，loop也不容易展开，影响turn over.
对于turn over,这段解释的更好
Many casters with a lot of experience in baitcasting or spincasting aim at

young guy who rarely tips. He plays there everyday, but then I wiped out
him several times, and dealers were so happy whenever he lost. I haven't
seen him at least for a week now. So, improving your game is the correct way
to go for making money in long term, not tipping less, in my opinion.

常玩的玩家，或者职业的人，一年累积下来，小费能省下来的才是 meaningful 的。
我的确是 recreational player, 一年能省下来的小费，平摊到每个月上，可能感觉都
感觉不到。而且我已经说过了，对我来说，对于我 win rate damage 最大的，是往返
赌场的时间 （每个 5-6 小时的session，我再花 5-6 小时往返），往返的开销(toll,
gas, bus) 和偶尔旅馆的费用。可以说我以前是排除万难，每个礼拜都到赌场 grind
，是真正意义上还没打牌就已经 stuck 的人。相信所有对 win rate 很 serious 的人
都不会这么做。所以我对小费给多少这一节根本没有那么 sensitive。
业余 poker 就是玩，解闷，图个乐子，顺便赚点小钱，斤斤计较那些小费对 win rate
是多大的伤害的命题对我来说觉得太累，没有意义。何况我真的不觉得自己是一个
