I use treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes in the
gym, lots of people are around, so it is very easy to stay
longer time.
I also have my goals on my mind: I need to exercise at least
45 minutes for weigh loss, and sometimes I plan to burn

around 7:20am. It’s my first open water with a wet suite. I tried it last
night at home and it’s quite an effort to put it on and take off. This
morning I applied some Vaseline around ankle and calf area. It was much
easier to put on the suite with the help of lubricant. Also make sure you
get to use the bathroom before you put on the wet suite. Otherwise you would
redo 75% of the work.

TT上有个thread，我觉得还是比较有说服力的，大家如果要批评就针对这个thread进行
批判，不要用什么其实大家心里都清楚来暗示好像所有人都同意蛰伏期过后运动员成绩
变好就是doping相关，我就不那么认为。纳豆伤退是因为吃药怕查出了，小德一直在打
是因为吃药体力变好，没查出来是因为吃的要太高级了，还没有上禁药list。这样的话
，不管你是不是坚持在打，都是因为吃药，我看这么推下去，离凡是自己不喜欢的运动
员，就都是吃了药的，这样结论就不远了。当然，bbs本来就是很多人都蒙着脸，所以
说话不用负责任，想怎么说就怎么说呗，特别是自己不爽的时候，说点泄泻私愤的话，

guess I really need to take a break or just end the session next time. You
are right. Sometimes tiredness can cause tilting too. After I reviewed my
past sessions, I am thinking about taking a 10 minutes break for each hour I

把我吓怀了。因为我们这里是Lyme Disease的高发区。费了好大周折才取下来。
我们带孩子去诊所，医生一看不是Deer Tick，就根本不管了。连伤口都没有仔细看看
，我们就怕没清理干净，有残留引发感染。医生可能觉的我自己当时已经用antiseptic
wipe清理了伤口，而且抹了抗生素药膏，就不管了。
可是我查了，除了deer tick, 还有至少2种 tick也能传播Lyme Disease. 最让人担心
的是，我们不知道那个tick在孩子头上咬了多久了。我以后给孩子洗澡一定要戴眼镜，
仔细检查，尤其是头发。
我直到现在还忐忑不安的是，在发现tick的前后，我女儿有好几种症状，都跟Lyme
Disease很像：流鼻涕（感冒类似），bull's eye like circle around the biting
