家参考：买这个长变焦主要是照娃以后参加集体活动，比如舞台，球赛等等，基本快门

Home is the only word I have about Shanghai.
Yet, I feel guilty toward it and China.
I used up more resources in China than average people, but did less for it.
Those labor workers, in fact, contribute more to China than I do.
In a strange place with a tiresome job, they must be tired al day along.
Little as they own, a small thing such as occupying a seat could mean
a lot to them. They deserve better cares. |

Just thought i would throw in another story that has just happened.Shame on
me though for being a sucker. My landlord jacked me one moth deposit. When
renting a very very sweet old lady turned into a banshee that was somewhat
possessed. I want bother people with the details of this long winded and
tiresome story.

finding a job or enterprenarship. Biology PhD + consulting? How difficult
is this?! Even you are in very top schools, getting into consulting firm
with Biology PhD is difficult. I do not know what you mean by "no risk, not
tired" etc. Consulting work in firms usually is very tiresome.

二、理论学习
看书之后发现了之前的几个重要误区。
sleep training和cry it out是完全不同的两个概念。四个月正是小人开始形成规律睡
眠的时候。闺女越来越利害的哭闹其实是overtired的表现。而训练的核心应该是让小
人可以在（1）正确的时间（2）自己睡一个（3）有长度（4）有质量的整觉。总结起来
就是right timing，self soothing，sleep duration and sleep consolidation。Cry
it out是解决self soothing的有效方法。但是更重要的，也是我们一开始没做到的，
是知道小人应该睡多少，应该什么时候睡，她的drowsy signs是什么，什么时候她已经
overtired了。

from Maryland to AC couple times and paid the lodging by myself. by playing
cash game, besttime i won $1200, most of time winning $200~$600, lost once i
think. and I have to pay like $90/night for lodging (and have to stay outside of AC!) and $50 for gas, and $$ for food. The trip is so tiresome and the reward is just not worth it. So I stop
doing this.

，一周2天不用去。
纯赚钱的角度，AC并不适合咱们，路比较远，一般情况下$200/day(10 hours)已经算不
错的收入，除非能中jackpot，消耗时间精力比较大。俺喜欢AC是比较喜欢live的刺激
，那里摸把AA远比online“又”发了一把AA感觉强烈多了，手摁住，一点点翻开来看，
两张黑色AA露出来，前面有rich donks raise big...
哈哈，孩子一岁之前估计你没戏了，周末累得要死，LD一个人搞不过来的，还是online
比较简单易行。
