还在上海发现了一个现象：年纪大的女人，脱发严重的很多，其中还有不少谢顶的。之

临近圣诞，前后脚收到了这两家的口头offer，应该说版上前面几位给的意见非常中肯
。fresh Phd海归确实非常受限。只是公司开出的待遇比我预想的要强一点，所以还是
想就有关情况咨询一下本版前辈们。
1. 按惯例，Fresh PhD是不是不太可能直接给Scientist的title，都得从associate干
起？两个offer一个给的是principle associate，另一个给的算是postdoc（有特殊原
因，据boss说2年后可以立即转title），这个是否类似research associate的title?相
比而言，是不是第一个offer更有诚意？呵呵，如果要求给Scientist的职位，算不算过
分？
2.一般而言，这种起步比较低的职位，除了跳槽，公司内部升职是不是很受限？说的幼
稚一点，假如合同签3年的话，在这三年内升titel的可能性是不是很低？

claims 肯定很少，要不，title insurance company 忙死了，亏死了。
这个跟Life insurance 一样，我们很多人买Life insurance ,是怕万一出事，其实出
事的概率相当小。
但是Titel insurnce 不光保 某人来敲门ClaimInterest，还保不清楚的房产权纠纷---
比如，你家的Driveway其实是建在别人家的地上，买房时根本没发现（这个不容易发现
），后来发现了，这个也属于房产权保险范围---这件事情是我的朋友（不是我的客户
，别说我没看清楚）的亲身经历，后
来Title Insurance company帮他付钱重修Driveway（他阴错阳差，买的是好的贵的
title Insurance，deductable 少）。

的房子，那个小区基本上房子一上市就卖了，成交价格和LIST PRICE基本上是９７％～
１００％，我看了半年多，后来房子出来，我就给SELLER＇S AGENT打电话，看了很满
意，就问她房子可以降多少，她说如果我不用BUYER＇S AGENT的话可以多降些，我也懒
