of titration vs the beginning. So I just ignore the change and assume it is
constant. Then I output chemical shift vs total ligand concentration and
did the curve fitting using nlinfit command in Matlab. In this case, the
equation is the one you described.
If the concentration of you protein changes much more than 10% at the end of
the titration, you certainly should use [protein], [ligand], and CS to fit

们科里的护士有时候并不根据protocol来做。
我的理解：protocol 是指导护士从最低剂量开始给药，然后根据指定的剂量开始往上
加，一直到病人出现你想要的临床指针，等病人病情稳定好转了，再一点点往下减，直
到停止给药。
可是我们科里的老护士却是根据经验来给药，先一开始就给比较中等的剂量，然后再上
调或下减，期望在最短时间达到目标。
我都没有机会接到需要我们来开始给要titrate的药的病人。我就去看别的护士给药。
她们忙起来，也只能给讲个大概。去问我的preceptor，因为不是我们的病人，她有时
候就说，现在跟你说你也记不住，到时候问别人就好了。我心里比较恼火。觉得自己现
在就像是块干海绵，老想使劲地吸水，就是吸不够。

times you have to go up.
Sometimes, MDs give the initial rate order, sometimes they don't, because
ICU nurses are experienced, they know where to start with, and titrate the
rate according to patients' situation.
It is not often that something terrible happens due to unreasonable
titrating, because there is usually a standard range of the dosing that you
can play with and you have to monitor the patients' VS. |

Mg-binding UV不会有变化，intrinsic fluorescence值得一试。或者用能bind Mg的
fluoresent probe做competition titration.又或者equilibrium dialysis.ITC,NMR也
可以，但是不容易做，蛋白需要量也大。
还有一个值得一试的是：用Co先代替Mg作titration.Co binding通常伴随UV变化，然后
加Mg来compete with Co.这样数据分析也能得到Co/Mg binding constant. |

态很少有大于1毫秒的； 或者让你的化合物和三线态氧作用， 看看能不能被氧气
quenching, 如何可以， 说明是三线态的。
2.除了titration还有别的方法来测光化学反应的quantumn yield吗？
titration 不能测定反应的量子产率， 测光反应的量子产率一个是用光量计测定光强
度， 然后将产物和光强带入公式直接计算； 另外一个是做光反应的时候用参比。 |

RN做的每件事都是遵医嘱，比如医嘱说titrate某种药，RN根据惯例和病人情况titrate
；再比如医嘱说给一大堆血压药，RN才能根据病人当时血压决定给多少。。。这种事一
件两件不难，难的是有好几个病人，好多这种事，RN得一清二楚。时间剂量当然是医嘱
上写，只有病人情况有变化时，RN要自己决定下一步做什么，如果自己不知道应不应该
hold或者suspend药，那就问医生。有时病人需要加一剂bolus,医生不在旁边，靠RN观
察病人有这种需要，然后报告医生，这种情况是没边的，就象医生也有aggressive 的
和不aggressive的，所以RN要知道多少，根据自己求知欲而定，知道得多病人受益。 |

我刚到icu工作时，还是带着floor工作的老习惯，flush IV时，我没有disconnect管子
，直接从近端的port flush。结果有一个病人对levo特别敏感，用量稍少血压就降到60
，稍微多一点就非常难受。我就那么随手一flush，一开始她马上觉得心蹦蹦跳，然后
是一段空白，血压一下就掉下来。
像导致迈克杰克逊死亡的propofol，在icu都是最常规的药，随便打点你马上就passout
，这药都好不算narcotic，都不受监控的。
icu用量很大的芬太尼，现在是美国很流行的毒品，因为非常强效。使用也很松。我觉
得很多可能就是从医院流出去的。 |

护士来决定多长时间推一次。
有的护士想让病人早点走，就多给些药给勤点。有的护士不想让病人死在自己班上就把

You can not have both of hashimoto's and grave's, they are totally different
. For grave's, you simple has hyperthyroidism,but hashimoto's, you has
hyperthyroidism first weeks or months, and then hypothyroidism follows. So
iodine reuptake test will tell you which one is the culprit. |

water are you using? Are you using a filtered tip? What's your cycle like
and how's the melt?
I don't think you have to prep the PCR on a cold plate since you are doing
one step but maybe is ideal to keep it a 4 degree. |

图.0和0.5的数据做个直方图或者线性图插在log scale那个图的右上角.不过如果你是
做一个dose-response curve的话,你一般需要把浓度titrate到一个很小的(接近0,比如
0.1, 0.01, 0.001之类的)而没有response的值.然后你的log scale就可以从这个浓度开始,
