"On December 3, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I140
IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. Please follow any instructions on the
notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at
1-800-375-5283."
两年前请刘律师申请的NIW,上半年排期跃进拿到EAD/AP.
01/2010 NIW TSC approved
03/2012 Submitted I-485 and applied for EAD/AP
04/2012 EAD/AP approved
这次申请EB1A之前,询问了刘,张,陈律师,都说可以申请,但是刘律师说第一作者文章是
个潜在的问题.因为已经有了EAD/AP,决定DIY.参考了很多版上朋友的经验,非常感谢!愿
