inflammation, or flaking in the nail nor the cuticle. The entire toenail is
in black (as opposed to yellow or brown) and thickened over months. I saw
my doctor months ago when the black/darkened spot was not so big and the
toenail was not thickened, he said it was fungal infection. But it doesn't
seem like toenail fungus typically present as blackened and thickened nail,

自从上了8，9迈，以至于偶尔跑下13+ mile，双脚第二趾（长）指甲逐渐变紫...（典
型的runner purple/black toenail 问题），查了查，换大点儿的鞋是肯定的了，还有
什么别的招数吗？
实在不想停跑。

我也是在跑了几次万米后才出现这个问题的。以前的4～6mile用同样的鞋，从来没有脚
指甲的问题。
听到的一些建议是：
－ 买再大半号的鞋（国内号就是大一号），鞋要轻，软。
－ 系紧鞋带
－ 跑前用胶布缠脚趾 （就是麻烦些）
听到了建议用Toenail Cap的，很有意思，可以试一试，
（不便宜，但reusable)
－ 五指鞋，凉鞋，或光脚跑（感觉意思一下可以，长跑不现实）
很多长跑的人掉过指甲，而且是很多次。 |

先是前两天把车库的东墙修了一下，
之前下面的木头都烂光了
我把墙的下面都清空后，用千斤顶从角落把墙顶起来一点儿
然后把新的2x4和2x6塞进去。 几乎所有的stud下面都烂掉了，于是我切掉了大部分，
留了两根相对较好的，把墙放下来后把2x4用金属片固定在了这两根stud上面
再量了stud的长度，把新的木头锯成一样的长度（为什么我家车库的stud是7ft啊？！
现在pre-cut的stud我都不能直接用 555)，敲到旧的stud边上，上下toenailing， 或
者用金属片固定
昨天看着感觉还算满意，今天打算修北墙
清理之后可以看到这堵墙的状况完好一些，2x4还在，还有三个大螺栓把2x6固定在地上。（之前的东墙地上一个螺栓都没）
从外面看发现2x6其实也烂的差不多了
于是再次从一头把墙抬起来一点儿，试图把烂掉的2x6去掉，费了老大劲儿锯大螺栓，
不当心还把锯片也弄断了，只好再跑去lowes买了一套dewalt的。发现比原先
reciprocating saw自带的锯片好用了无数倍！ 接下去的钉子和螺栓都摧枯拉朽般解决
了。
