[有一个还包括Dirk训练录像:
1.投篮是个很简单的事儿.我教Dirk的投篮理论,很简单.没什么神秘的.
2.投篮要点第一:手指要有力.保证球出手前要匀加速.
3.侧身,球出手时候手肘要伸直.
4.有了前面两个前提后,唯一的变量就是身高和角度.角度就是手肘伸出去的角度了.
5.Dirk的最差投篮角度是47度.意思是,47度手肘,投篮的时候,球的轨迹和篮筐刚好相
切.也就是说偏1毫米就会碰筐,进不了.
6.Dirk的最佳投篮角度是60多度.这个角度tolerance最好.错误裕量最高.
也就是说,出手时候偏最多的量,球的轨迹仍然不会碰到篮筐.
7.很多人认为高弧线投篮不容易准,这是错误的.往往高弧线投篮对出手的准度

I will double too with this hand. I usually don't double with questionable
value, as it may end bid pd, or penalize oppo incorrectly, so usually if I
have a constructive or less hand, I'd like to double with S tolerance. Here
with extreme shape, if pd bids 2S, which may not promise extra S, I have a
comfortable retreat to 3C. Also if pd has nothing to bid and passed the
double with 4, maybe that is not the end of the world either.

core保护的。", I think muscles are bearing tension rather than compression
in terms of loading type. Here it makes more sense to me that the core
muclses help maintain the spine in it's neutral form so it won't get buckled.

头号corner Davis这周估计一对一打妃子姐，要被完爆。
我扣的角卫储备太差，一二号勉强可用，三号只能打slot，四五号都是defense

发帖数: 9385 | 50 运气表现越来越像发叔，有点令人着急。第一个INT，中路吊打DA，同样的play在对
saints用过一次，结果也是INT。运气扔给fleener的好几个球有点偏高，高估了
fleener的弹跳力。另外4th&goal在一码线，QB sneak也是一个bad call。
O-line跑攻就是渣，上半场传功都是秒破，下半场好一点。OL这样下去，运气又要INT
和Sack双丰收了。
WR Wayne是亮点；TY完全是WR1的待遇，被对方重点盯防；Nicks还需磨合，但很有潜力
，如果对手每次都想shutdown TY的话。
TE DA不错，那个INT实在是Talib防的好，后面那个TD不错。Fleener其实就是个大号
receiver，状态还不太好。
RB Richardson实在看不出闪光点，Bradshaw略好。
DLine 还行，但是闪光点不多。
Linebacker 惨不忍睹，尤其是两个MLB，Jackson和Freeman，被J Thomas虐的不成人形
。OLB Werner打的挺努力，但是没干过Clady。不过Mathis也不一定干的过Clady，所以
