子,不妨从local报纸的网站开始:
如果在Hartford County, 推荐Hartford Courant:

如果在Fairfield Country, 推荐 The Advocate:

其他County, 如Tolland, Windham, Litchfiled, Middlesex我不太熟悉了.

Tolland Ave. 然后第一个右转处进到那个plaza里面就能找到了。
刚打电话问了（电话号码google金龙，ManchesterCT），周六上午9点到下午3点有早茶喝。今天我老准备中午去试一下，回来告诉你早茶到底做的如何。

地税每个town都不同，记得tolland附近要高点
除了地税和水电，房屋的维护，除草等还得花不少钱，此外供暖的开销也要考虑
再就是房屋出租的收入也是要缴税的 |

或者south windsor。 |

GRANBY属于好的区，处在B类（同级大概有AVON, CHESHIRE, GLASTONBURY等）
CANTON稍微差一点,属于C类（MANSFIELD, TOLLAND等）。 |

发帖数: 2097 | 39 Storrs那里因为有UConn房租居高不下，主要UConn on campus housing每年都涨钱，周
边的就水长船高。
现在那里有建了一个Storrs Center,周围的房价又炒起来了。
除了Storrs，周边只有coventry学区还算说的过去，tolland，vernon好像都不怎么样。
但是你随便买个房子都不太可能把每个月在房子上的花销控制在1000一下。唯一值得安
慰的是，如果你们离开UConn以后房子应该不愁租出去，因为学生很多，可以当投资了。 |

- 走 RT 1 North 转GSP。
- Exit140 出去转RT22。然后接RT1&9
- 直达荷兰隧道的新泽西一侧的入口。 (如果是Off-Peak时段，而且用EZ-Pass，则费
用是$9.50)
- 出了荷兰隧道，走Cannel Street。然后转到Williamsburg Bridge.
- 走 RT 278 E. 然后转 RT 495 E.
- Exit 23 (Main Street) 出去，在红绿灯左转上Main St。就到法拉盛啦。
- 从法拉盛回新泽西州，过荷兰隧道不收费。
- 纽约周日停车都免费。
Tolland Parking 总计：$9.50. |
