看看能不能挣点儿包子。。。:) 这是我们家前年。。。的圣诞晚餐，因为“图控”(我
)的原因，变成“圣诞午餐”。做的都是常用的书里比较简单的西餐菜式，放在一起看
也有些规模哈。
开胃菜：Baked Brie with Honeyed Raspberries
材料：
1 块轮状Brie Cheese，250g左右。冷藏变硬后，把上面的白色的外皮切掉。Brie的白
色外皮在加热时是不会融化的，这样就相当于做了一个盛了奶酪的小碗。
1/4 cup蜂蜜
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1盒raspberry(6盎司)
适量rosemary做装饰
做法：
1 烤箱预热350F度，把Brie放在小盘中，入烤箱加热3-5分钟。我在盘子下面垫上隔热

1，every time when I unplug a LAN connection (i.e. OOMA), and plug in
another device, all devices connected to the 4 ports can't access the
internect. can still access TOMATO page. tried ping in TOMATO, no problem. I
had to erase all data in NRAM, restore the saved TOMATO configuration and
restart my desktop every time to get it work. What could be the reason?

被ssa说的那么神，周末去mc捡了一个wdr3500
目测比较强大，ui就是命令行加个壳。如果tomato都openwrt都没用过的话，感觉
tomato更容易上手
我个人瞎评：
易用性: tomato > dd-wrt > openwrt
稳定性: tomato = openwrt > dd-wrt
功能: openwrt > dd-wrt > tomato
速度不清楚，我很少下bt，都还不错 |

costco买来的mozzarella cheese，质量挺好
做上一次可以吃个好几顿
Recipe
原料：
tomato ketchup，tomato sauce，洋葱，西兰花，蘑菇（可以换成喜欢的蔬菜），碎牛肉，意大利通心粉，马苏里拉cheese
做法：
1. 洋葱，西兰花，蘑菇切成小块
2. 锅烧热，加入橄榄油，把洋葱加入炒至洋葱变软
3. 加入碎牛肉，炒片刻后加入西兰花和蘑菇，再翻炒片刻
4. 加入tomato sauce四汤勺和tomato ketchup一汤勺（这两个可以根据个人口味调整）
5. 加入盐，糖，黑胡椒炒匀
6. 转小火，焖10分钟左右，出锅既成通心粉酱
7. 锅加水烧开，准备煮通心粉
8. 水开后加少许橄榄油和盐，放入通心粉，大概煮20分钟
9. 煮好捞出用橄榄油拌匀，放入烤盘中，将酱汁与通心粉拌匀，
10.上面均匀撒上马苏里拉cheese（cheese最好提前从冰箱拿出化开，比较容易烤成金黄色）
11. 预热烤箱400F，烤至cheese颜色变黄，约20分钟 |

发帖数: 253 | 8 最近在家琢磨出这道菜，起名叫豆豉蒜蓉酱香排骨，介绍给大家。
小排过沸水焯一下，去腥味。
然后放到高压锅里，加水，水不要太多。然后同时加入切碎的洋葱，八角，一勺豆豉，
半勺Tomato Paste。Tomato Paste可以去腥味，但是加多了会有点酸。然后可以加点料
酒，半块拍扁的姜。
然后盖盖压，冒气了后压10分钟。
压完后，炒锅加油加蒜末炒一下。然后把高压锅里的放到炒锅里中火收水。加盐。收水
的过程中可以尝一下味道，不够的话再补一点豆豉，Tomato Paste，酱油，香油什么的。
等水收的差不多的时候，这时候洋葱已经成酱了，就可以起锅了。最后放在砂锅里，撒
点葱花。
BTW，我在想豆豉和Tomato Paste说不定换成别的酱又有一番风味，改天试验一下。 |

材料：
Veal Shank一盒（两磅多，20刀，嗷嗷贵……）
两根胡萝卜，两根celery，半个大洋葱，总之三者基本上一样多，切一样大小的块
面粉适量
crushed tomato 一罐，tomato paste 一大勺
鸡汤若干，white wine 1/2cup
oregano, thyme, rosemary 各1/2 tsp, bay leaf 一片
方法：
veal shank用纸巾pat干，撒盐和胡椒，用棉绳捆住侧面，在面粉里面拖一下，抖干净
多余面粉。dutch oven加大概2tbsp橄榄油烧到冒烟，大火，把veal shank两面brown到
金黄拿出来。改中火，下胡萝卜西芹洋葱炒到软（5到8分钟），加tomato paste炒半分
钟，下white wine一分钟，下crushed tomato、鸡汤煮开，下香料搅一搅，把veal
shank放进去，season with salt and pepper。中火煮开以后改小火炖一个半小时到2
小时。把veal shank拿出来，剩下的汤撇掉浮油，收一收。

家庭餐馆点了著名的Cioppino。在微博上回顾的时候，slalom激动地回应说这家的
Cioppino确实非常好吃！美味的食物很多时候就是这样拉近人与人之间的距离的:)
与进城一趟相比，在家山寨一道菜好像还容易一些。Cioppino算是美式意大利菜，起
源于旧金山，是当时居住在此地的意大利渔民发明的家常做法。洋葱、蒜末、番茄、
新鲜欧芹、白葡萄酒都是意大利菜里很常见的原料，这道菜要好吃，新鲜欧芹是必不
可少的，当然一锅海鲜要想煮得不好吃也挺难的~
渔民们做这道菜，是当天打捞上来什么就放什么；现在的我们要吃一回，有时得跑上
2,3个不同的超市才能买齐全家爱吃的各种原料，想想其实挺有意思的。煮好的海鲜
汤可以用Sourdough面包或是法棍蘸取食用，也可以当做浇头配意面吃。
【海鲜乱炖】 （6-8人份）
称量单位说明：1杯=236毫升，1大勺=15毫升，1小勺=5毫升

今天早起，和greentomato一起去lums pond船钓。全是blue gill和perch；
午饭后换船继续，找到个sun fish窝，无脑猛上，无趣，走人；
转战white clay creek，我啥都没上，tomato上了几个rockbass。旁边俩小孩居然还上
了个smb，shame on me。。。。
最终做出了今天最正确的决定，下午五点半直奔我的大嘴秘密钓点。对，就是去年我钓
大嘴开光还在鱼版发帖的那个宝地，哈哈哈。到了之后发现浅水边大量肉眼可见的blue gill，周围什么人都没有，爽。
俩人来回cast了三四十次没有任何bite，天降暴雨，犹豫片刻后坚持穿雨衣继续cast。
终于tomato用green jig+green tube上了个baby bass，振奋。继续cast，tomato又用red
rapala上了个keeper大嘴，目测大约13寸。
到此为止如果我们回家结局也还不坏。但是我就是羡慕嫉妒恨，自己啥正经鱼都没上。

(pulls 3 watts from the wall--I checked), good build quality. Fast processor

Cons: The stock firmware is a complete joke; if Asus were smart they'd fire

people they hired to make that stuff and just use an open-source firmware

发帖数: 5306 | 20 fios是增加你入户的带宽，前面说到router刷什么tomato主要是利用QOS帮你家里的电脑
分配数据流的优先级。即使你用fios，如果router的QOS不好的话也会造成网络被p2p数
据流阻塞的。
tomato还有一个好处就是稳定，刚开始QOS可能要自己慢慢调试，后来基本上几个月都不
需要重启的。
在QOS方面tomato是要远好于ddwrt的，但是tomato支持的router有限。 |

前几天去纽约，过华盛顿大桥时候，对面的海景和另外一座桥真美，我用手机拍了一张

tomato， banana peper），结果悲剧就发生了。
悲剧1：big boy 惨遭新菜农毒手！！在看了版上大牛对于番茄整枝的帖子后，我回家
，咔嚓咔嚓就把big boy剪成光杆司令了。。。他。。。就基本再也没长过。。。。
悲剧2：cherry tomato 打卷，极度的打卷！！！看着照片感觉已经快死了。。。曾经
big boy一度这样 但是我浇水救活了， 我每天浇水一次 浇透（直到水从盆底流出来。
。。）。最近2周都是每天Miracle-gro的tomato plant food每顿伺候着

发帖数: 15 | 29 你俩都错了，刚才Google了一下这个虫。。。然后意外发现那个不是卵，它也不是孕妇
。。。
这个青虫叫Tomato Hornworm，它背上是Braconid Wasp的茧子。Braconid Wasp是另外
一种小虫，虫卵感染Tomato Hornworm以后，直接在它体内孵化出来，吃它的肌肉组织
为生，但是心脏和关键内脏都留着。基本上Tomato Hornworm除了提供活体鲜肉以外也
没什么别的行动力了。
等Tomato Hornworm成熟以后，Braconid Wasp就钻破它的皮肤出来，在它体表结好多茧
子。

从我第一次来佛版到现在，一个月整。纪念一下。同时请大家帮忙给器材打个分帮我决定去留。
以下照片分别是两个不同的相机照的。用的是定焦光圈开在f2.8(第一组除外)
，所以一个组里a,b分属两个相机（没有固定对应联系）。
1-5都是比较器材的，请给每组里的两张图打一个归一化的分，同一组里每个得分可以是0-1之间的小数，两个得分之和为1,
第一组是我觉得最满意的两张，所以请考虑构图之类对我的摄影水平各打一个分，不用归一化，10分的scale。我看看我拍娃有没有义务教育毕业的程度，呵呵

whr-hp-g54配合tomato 不过这个有点落伍了 只支持802.11b/g
如果要上n的话试试华硕的
rt-n16 支持千兆lan 128MB内存 2XUSB口 支持存储 刷tomatousb的固件
也很稳定 缺点就是比较贵 而且不支持5G的N
如果要5G的N的话就是cisco的E3000了 但是这个路由器我没有试过 不知道真正用起来怎
么样
总结起来一句话 能刷tomato的 在tomato上都比较稳定 原因这里不详细说了
DD-wrt相比tomato在稳定性上差的太多 |
