发帖数: 740 | 2 酝酿了好几天，昨天下午终于出门去街上快走了。但却是挑了一个极冷的日子，零下十
几度，加上风寒效应零下二十。想着一会儿走路就要热起来，也没有穿多少衣服。冷一
点倒还可以接受，但是没想到的是sidewalks上很滑，并且我刚充满了电的MP3居然没走
出10分钟就没电了。不知道是温度太低的原因还是我的MP3就此挂了，郁闷。出门之前
检查我的Pedometer也是没电了，换了备用电池也是不行。这都些什么事啊。快走了30
分钟就回家了，原本是打算一个小时的。我以前走得很多的时候有很多条线路，15分钟
的，35的，50的，80的，每次根据情况定怎么走。
昨天还出门置办了一些健身用的东西。Sublime的4磅toning ball商店里只卖3.29，查
了一下Amazon上还8-9块钱呢。买了一个回来，晚饭后看电视时就用上了。现在想应该
回去再买一个，两个同时用。考虑toning ball而不是dumbbell的原因是家里有小孩子
，4磅的toning ball砸了脚没什么，4磅的dumbbell就严重了。买回来之后孩子们也很
喜欢，搬来搬去的，还把它放在另外一个大球上，说是做雪人。

Toning balls一直被我当哑铃使用了，直到我最近买了一对同样重量的哑铃（每个4磅

我觉得就运动来说,可能每个人喜欢focus的部位不同啊,比如说我,我现在最喜欢手臂运
动,还有abs那一块. 所以最近我的健身课里,我去普拉提还有body toning多一些. 至于
yoga,我觉得那是全身的运动,并没有focus在身体的某个部位, 每周现在会保证至少1到
2次.
前天去了次 body toning的课,觉得运动到特别兴奋,出了很多汗,很开心. 这个课程主
要是针对手臂,肩膀的运动,我觉得没有经过特别锻炼的手臂,型很难达到很美的线条,不
是不匀称就是有拜拜肉,一直以来都觉得肱3很难练啊.
我是喜欢运动手臂的,从我开始健身以来,我觉得每次都是刻意的做手臂运动,而排斥腿
部运动. 有时候遗传这个东西没有办法,天生就是容易长拜拜肉的,天生就是再不锻炼腿
也还看着ok的...所以所以,要和一些遗传的因素做持久战.
在body toning课上,其实做很多的就是重复重复重复的手臂动作,比如说手臂垂直,放下
, 再垂直再放下....还有就是手臂伸直,然后手掌张开再握住,就这么反复反复....还有

另外一个明显的好处就是不需要开高音量，所以不扰民，适合家里有小孩的

Ringback tone是被叫号方的服务器接受到incoming call之后，在被叫号的电话机接受
这通电话之前播放给主叫号电话端的audio,一般都是嘟～嘟的声音，但有的服务商提供
个性化的ringback tone服务，国内叫彩玲或炫铃。
很多公司在真正接通到被叫号服务器之前会先自己play一个audio(一般也是嘟～嘟) 让
你觉得对方电话在ring,其实并没有。所以有时你打电话的时候听到两种不同的嘟～嘟
