高烧１０天，咳嗽１４天。抗生素吃了４天后，症状没有好转。４天前开始腹泻。没有
皮疹／关节红肿疼痛／眼症。炎性指标增高，但白细胞正常。胸片显示支气管增粗，提

we were in China, 4 days before we come back, she has fever, up to 104F.
swell in tonsil, white puss visible. then gum on the molar (back) are
swollen, then move to front. finally even her tip of tongue has 3 blisters.
can't eat, can't drink, can't chew. etc.
went to hospital in Shanghai, got amoxicillin, take it every 8 hours, take
tylenol/Advil to keep the temp down. flew back to US, see doc right away.

发帖数: 2180 | 30 我原来也是觉得不管有啥事先找PCP吧。不过昨天看了ENT后，觉得可以看specialists
就还是去看specialists吧。
去年年初的时候喉咙痛，扁桃体肿大，一直拖着没看医生，后来感染传播到气管以致咳
嗽难以入睡才去看了PCP，当时查strep(+)。 PCP开了cefuroxime, 因为咳喘还开了激
素。抗生素用完后好很多，但没有完成恢复，还有些咳，扁桃体还是一样大。再次看
PCP，又开了azithromycin, 那次PCP怀疑我有哮喘，还做了简易的PFT测试，又开了
advir，不过我没用，光吃抗生素，后来好了，不过扁桃体一直比较大。再后来过了几
个月，又喉咙痛，咳嗽。再次看PCP，问PCP， 我这扁桃体老是肿大，老是喉咙痛，是
不是摘掉会好些呀。PCP说你这扁桃体那大了，人家多的是比你的大的了，没事的。PCP
还怀疑我是不是有GERD,问你晚上有没有觉得有东西反胃呀，我说没有。（Ps, 在这次
之前也有过一次喉咙痛，扁桃体大，去看过这个PCP，那次strep(-),当时吃了
Azithromycin，好了，扁桃体就缩小回去了。）

对照PCP和ENT对急性扁桃体炎开的药，我觉得大家都会开抗生素，但还是专科的医生对
什么药是一线用药以及用药剂量比较了解。
我也跟PCP说过我经常喉咙痛扁桃体痛，会掉小的黄颗粒，（后来看了ENT才知道那些就
是tonsil stone，根本不是stone的质地嘛。）。然后她觉得这没啥啊，然后就怀疑我
有其他的病，根本不觉得我的扁桃体有啥问题。其实我很不愿意去看医生的，都是到觉
得不能拖了才去，然后PCP还觉得你这没啥问题啊，又是来骗抗生素吃吧这种感觉。本
来我一直挺信任她的，到后来她好像越来越没时间听病人的complaint，所以后来我就
自己另外去找了ENT了。
当然喉咙痛扁桃体大也就是小病，自己注意休息，喝喝凉茶，很多时候也就好了。不过
经常发作，还是很不舒服的，尤其到冬季就要大发作，不吃抗生素就好不了，必须看医
生那就比较麻烦了。
现在倒是下定决心要把那小东西摘掉了。可惜考试都堆一起了，后面还跟着externship
，要等好几个月才有空了。 |
