对心脏最好的运动是快步走，最优化的跑步是每周10-15迈。
但是要延长7年寿命，需要”moderate exercise daily“，也就是大概每周20-40迈里
程。
考虑到moderate跟too much running还有段距离，因此对身体有害的”too much
running“的意思，保守理解也是每周60迈以上。
对身体有害的频繁和极端跑马，作者没有给出具体的定义。 |

大约是从本世纪初反全球化的浪潮席卷资本主义国家始，以贫富差异下民众反抗为主题
的电影越来越多，并大多出自西方导演手下。其中有经典重拍，如去年汤姆·霍伯的《
悲惨世界》、2009年日本左翼导演SABU的《蟹工船》，也有基于科幻想象后现代语境反
抗的，如《黑客帝国》、《V字仇杀队》、《云图》。前者有朴素的革命精神，后者更
倾向于由反乌托邦思想带出的对洗脑、抗争身份转换等问题反思。而今年韩国导演奉俊
昊的力作《雪国列车》则像是两者的结合，加以商业灾难片的包装，让更多人得以反思
关于革命的问题。
读过点马克思，就不得不佩服《雪国列车》原著Transperceneige贡献的大胆设定：在
全球陷入寒冷灾难的近未来，只有一列安装了所谓永动机的列车，带着上千上万的幸存
者，在环绕地球的轨道上无穷无尽地行驶。列车被严格区隔为车头阶层和车尾阶层，依
赖中层的士兵维系前者对后者的压迫和剥削（具体化为带走后者的孩子去充当“永动机

。还没有online test的题难,online test 的题是leetcode的jump game 2。可是
onsite还是紧张些。
比如，given string "I am okay", adjust the string to width 20. It is called
center justified.就是把string 撑大，相当于word里的center text选项。 output
is "I am okay". 方法就是在空格的地方evenly插入空格就行。
中间出了一些小bug，改正了。然后一个小时过去了，我问他我的performance怎么样，
他说not too bad。
not too bad是几个意思？是不是没戏了。
上午面完，下午他们debrief所有的candidates，下周出结果。
